Don’t like the service except one guy , there always a awkward silence between some of the conversation when they introduce the food
maybe because I’m visiting at the last hour people were tired
Actually my fifth time visit, love here

An unforgettable experience. Exquisite cuisine! The combination of flavors and textures was divine. The ambiance and music were wonderful, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially our server, Nazary. We also had the honor of meeting the chef and were shown the restaurant’s special features by the lovely Jill.

Food was really bad, this place is overrated and should lose their star.

Disappointed by the signature tasting menu. The first few dishes felt too acidic forward and fishy for my liking. The rest of the dishes were decent, but not spectacular. Some sauces just didn’t pair well. I did enjoy the dessert though. Service and ambiance were excellent! I don’t think it’s worth the price point.

DaNico is unlike any other restaurant I have ever experienced. Every dish is masterfully created. Every morsel will make you wanting for more. The presentation is fabulous, the food suberb, the service incredible and the decor on point. Hands down, my favourite restaurant.

DaNico is definitely worth for the Michelin star. Both food and services are exceptional. The food is very well planned with fusion between Italian and other cuisine. The service team is very well working together to make the experience great. The best part is that we got to sit at the chef table. Not only be able to see and experience the preparation and the energy in the kitchen but also get to meet the master chef. Definitely worth to be back again.

A Tasting Menu Experience That Redefines Excellence in Toronto From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear this restaurant operates on an entirely different level. The tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary—a masterclass in creativity, precision, and respect for ingredients. Each course arrived like a small work of art, meticulously plated yet never pretentious. The food was astonishingly fresh, with flavors that felt both deeply comforting and thrillingly innovative. Ingredients were treated with reverence, transformed through technique and imagination into dishes that surprised and delighted without ever losing their soul. Every bite told a story, and not a single course missed the mark. What elevated the experience even further was the service. Attentive without being intrusive, warm yet impeccably professional, the staff guided us through the tasting menu with genuine enthusiasm and deep knowledge. They anticipated needs before we voiced them and made the entire evening feel effortless and celebratory. It's the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. And then—an unexpected but unforgettable detail—the bathroom. Quite simply, it's the best bathroom in the city of Toronto. Immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly luxurious, it reflects the same care and intentionality found in the dining room. It may sound like a small thing, but it perfectly encapsulates the restaurant's commitment to excellence in every possible detail. This is not just a meal; it's an experience—one that lingers long after the final course. Innovative, flawless, and deeply satisfying, this tasting menu stands among the very best Toronto has to offer. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves food, hospitality, and the art of dining done right. The artwork was elite!

A well told story portrayed during the seven course Valentine's Day tasting menu. Thank you for the experience!

Went here for a little pre-birthday dinner and it did not disappoint.

Warm welcome straight away walking in. Very well taken care of throughout the entire stay. Even got a miniature birthday cake as well as personalised birthday wishes left with the menu as a reminder of the night.

Then sea bass was my absolute favourite of the night, such a delicious dish. Could have that as a main course any day of the week.

They should let customers know that they do tasting menus only. Also shouldnt advertise the ambience of the main dining room and then seat guests in the kitchen. Our server was awesome though!

Loved our experience here. We were able to grab a last minute spot at the bar on a Wednesday night. Ordering à la carte was the right amount of food for us. Service was impeccable and dishes were well executed with good pacing. Would come back to try dishes we didn't get a chance to, as well as for the bread service and a few bites of the risotto.

This has to be the best dinner I have had in Toronto ... maybe ever! The service is done perfectly. The food is indescribable. Not something that can be done all the time BUT the $$ is worth it for the very special occasion. I will only sing praises for this place!
