The presentation of the food and the explanations accompanying each course were exceptional. The staff is so professional that it gave the impression of being at a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. Our waiter, Rosty, ensured that our experience was flawless. The restaurant also features a “cashmere” restroom, which is the highest award a restroom can receive. We made another reservation as we were leaving.

What an incredible experience. My wife and I went here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary after reading all the great reviews...had to try for ourselves! We went with the signature tasting menu and it truly hit the spot. Chef Daniele Corona truly is a master of his craft. All the staff members were incredibly kind and detailed in their explanation of each plate. Our server, Jessica, was professional, personable, and candid. She even offered us a tour of the restaurant and we got to meet the manager, Jill, who showed us all the wonderful intricacies of the place. Easily a 10/10 experience and we will definitely returning in the future.

They were all very fun, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the night. I am quite happy that I went with the Premium Pairing. DaNico is one of the top ranked restaurants in Canada and that’s for a good reason. The restaurant has a pleasant decor with knowledgeable and attentive staff worthy of Michelins star and of course the tasting menu was exceptional with delicious and innovative dishes that are pleasant to the eye, nose and tongue. The staff is also very accommodating to dietary restrictions even a few last minute requests of my party. Only detractor is that the restaurant had a constant smokey smell from the grilling in the kitchen. Nevertheless definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or when you feel like splurging on a meal.

The service was top-notch, with amazing communication between the team members — you can truly relax, enjoy, and not worry about controlling what’s going on. We also loved the thoughtful small gift and the variety of desserts, including one with a candle for the birthday wish.
Even though the portions were on the smaller side, we left full and very happy. Highly recommend for special occasions!
