Second time here. Tasting menu both times. Some repeats (venison, wage) as well as some new dishes. All were very good to exceptional- venison, risotto with white truffles were highlights. Professional, friendly service from all the staff and especially Jordan, the young sommelier. 1 oz pour of D'Yquem 2001- what a treat. Room is opulent and warm. Deserving of their star.

Always a great place to dine. Drinks are not a good value as everything served is extremely overpriced. $45 for a 4 Oz champagne or smaller than small martini glasses, typically served with Port wines.

I've been to several Michelin star restaurants but this was the most delicious meal I have had. Graham, our server was top notch and friendly. Wine recommendations were good - tried some new ones. We sat at the chef's table which was an added perk. Highly recommended!

Loved Danico! Have been to Don Alfonso several times and this takes a lot of what I enjoyed there with a new spin. The venison on chestnut sauce was superb. Really enjoyed the refreshing panna cottage dessert on a “whoopie cushion”. The food delights as do the dishes they sit on. We did the classic pairing with the tasting menu and it was one of our favourite set of wine selections for a tasting menu. Will be going back! Wish we could have gotten a table but the bar was fun too.

We were well taken care of and in spite of the many courses, the service was friendly but subtle and unintrusive. 2 1/2 hours flew by in a swirl of delightful flavors and textures. The good reputation of the restaurant is well deserved.

The presentation and flavour of all the courses is such an incredible change from regular dining. We were also given a great little tour and allowed to meet the Chef, thanks to the manager Jill.
