The claim to fame of this brand is that they sell chicken sandwiches and chicken strips where you decide the spice level of your item from no spice to "reaper" spice level. The product is very tasty, and their French fries are also great. My recommendation is to error on the side of less and not more spice since their very hot sandwiches are very hot indeed. Washrooms were clean abd well supplied. All in all, it was a great meal!
Sanita/Santa the indian girl demonstrated poor customer service and appeared ungrateful for her position. Her attitude was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Additionally, she was wearing a glove on only one hand, which seemed pointless since she continued to use her ungloved hand, undermining any hygiene protocol.

Second time having Dave's cause the first time was so good BUT I don't appreciate being gaslight by Dave's employees about the spice level of my friends chicken. Both of us got a medium mine was not spicy at all and hers was so spicy I started tearing up after 1 bite, and I'm someone who can eat Korean fire noodles no problem. I've had a medium the first time and it was pretty spicy but not enough to make my nose run for 10 mins spicy. We took the spicy chicken home to our friend who has tried the reaper here and she thought it was super spicy too.
Customer service could be better, other than that everything was very good.

Extremely kind and generous owner & staff. We ordered spicy sliders & was a bit too much heat for us. The owner made us less spicy sliders at no extra cost. Very considerate & definitely will be back again!

Taste was awesome and pos lady jacqueline was so friendly i asked her a lot of questions before ordering though she helped me a lot even serving through rush hours. I ordered tenders that were way too delicious.Overall it’s just amazing Dave’s Hot Chicken exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the visit enjoyable. The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The restaurant was spotless, showing great attention to hygiene. If there was half a star, I would give this place half a star. absolutely terrible. I’m here stuck in the washroom I’m not sure what the hell was inside that burger, my stomach has been killing me ever since. Food was served cold and old. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone sued this place. This is how bad it is.
