Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I politely asked for a bag to take my items, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. I believe customer service could be handled with more courtesy and respect.

I really did not enjoy the chicken at all and the spice that I chose was mild. I felt like it tastes like a mouthful of cumin. And then I looked up online to see if others felt the same and I am not alone. It seems that there are many out there saying that anything below the medium splice level just tastes like cumin. I probably won't try it again

On a quiet weekday visit, the atmosphere was pleasantly uncrowded and the staff were notably friendly and attentive. I ordered my burger extra hot, but it initially lacked the expected spice. However, once I pointed it out, the team responded promptly and courteously, replacing it without hesitation. A commendable level of service that made up for the minor slip.
Real fried chicken sandwiches. Shout out to Henry behind the counter for top-notch service.
