This is just basically very very expensive KFC!!!! I ordered the mild two piece chicken strip found it very salty (BCE Place). $22 for two pieces of chicken and may be 10 fries, I also got two slices of bread which randomly sat under the chicken and a sauce. It's not worth it IMO.

i was really excited to try this! me and my bf are enjoying the sliders not until i found hair on my untouched pickles.... ?? i couldnt even finish the fries when i saw it. the staff are not wearing any hairnets just gloves.- i wouldve asked for a refund but unfortunately me and my boyfriend are about to finish the sliders and i thought it would be unfair to bring it back- we genuinely LOVED it at first... just really disappointed and stopped eating after seeing the hair

The chicken usually good and well cooked, but the portions have consistently shrunk over the last few years while the prices have increased. They recently decreased the fries portion added a cardboard basket for them. This makes it appear as if the portion of fries is larger because the basket raises the pile of fries.The space is always dirty, and the employees are careless and bad at their jobs.

I am one of their food’s fan not only a customer, but their service made me give up on them? recently almost within 3 months there is a huge difference between their service before and after. Now, they send you incomplete, items missing and cold food. Today, I left them a msg that plz send my order completely and correctly, but again I got someone’s else order.Guys! It’s ok I will not order again, but plz do not play with people’s feelings and trust. When you guys start your business you are wonderful, but as soon as you find a place in market you start missing with your customers. See after one year and half I stopped trusting you and will not order again. You will lose all your customers if you continue like this. MARK MY WORDS ?

The service from staff at this location is inattentive and disrespectful.They charged me for a menu item that cost more than what I ordered. When I brought it to the staff’s attention the difference from my receipt at what I ordered, they took a dismissive attitude when addressing this. I asked them to refund the charge then charge me for what I ordered. The staff refused this request. I requested them to refund and charge accurately multiple times and they eventually had me write down my name, phone number, email address and last 4 digits of my credit card number on a paper form and told me a manager will contact me.I have not been contacted by anyone to address this since then and there is no indication that this issue has been escalated by their staff.

Clean your tables. No one wants to eat in filth and it takes two second to wipe a table down. If you don’t want to do it at least leave the supplies out so we can do it ourselves. Unless you want people to feel like they’re eating in a degenerate establishment, start cleaning the building you occupy.
