I placed my order on Black Friday, easily the busiest shopping day of the year. Even with the holiday rush, my package shipped on time and arrived in about a week here in Edmonton, which honestly impressed me. I ordered Forever Nuts, Just Peachy, Organic Cream of Earl Grey, Cold 911, S’mores Chai, and a tea steeping infuser and everything was excellent. The quality was top-notch across the board. I placed an order during the Black Friday sale, despite my order not yet shipping, they cancelled sale items that were still in stock once the sale ended and told me to buy them at full price. Bait & switch.
I have placed an order a month ago and have not received the package and I've asked for a refund after one month and i've been told that i have to wait more. I've opened a case 2 weeks ago and they said they will resolve it in 10 days, but when i contacted them again after 2 weeks, they said I still have to wait!
