Food itself is great, however, the restaurant does not disclose hidden fees for card payments, which is illegal, please take note. Thanks.

Dropped by here for lunch mid December and was pleasantly surprised by a place full of customers. I was greeted by the familiar scent of pho the moment I stepped inside. I would’ve ordered pho but it only comes in a huge bowl, which is unfortunate. Ended up instead with an order of vermicelli with beef and spring roll, which was delicious. What I like best was the order came with a bowl of pho broth completed with green onions and coriander. Somehow this made it all better for not having the big bowl of pho!
Love how they decorated the ceiling with flowers. And love the friendly & beautiful smile of the lady who took my order. Definitely would visit this place again.

I used to like this place. Today (Dec 2025), I ordered shrimp pad thai on the advertised lunch special card with a waitress who insisted on writing down every detail, including a code number. The shrimp pad thai in the picture in the menu showed noodles with many shrimp on top. It looks great, so I ordered it. In reality, there were zero shrimp on the item that was served to me- pretty much greasy noodles with hot pepper. There was no one around to ask for help. There was nothing pleasant about this visit.

Terrible service ready to rip off its customers. They charged for something I didn’t even eat. Ordered a lunch combo that comes with a pop and spring rolls. They forgot my spring rolls until after I’m all done and ready for the bill and that’s when the lady would just slam the rolls on my table. I declined it and asked for a partial refund but they were insisting I pay in full or pay individual regular prices.

PS. Extremely rude staff as while they were insisting on the full price, lady was trying to say something along the lines of “Everyone here happy, why you so mad?” 🤯😷

Really slow and disorganized place! I have been disappointed by this place several times! Our food is always late, it doesn't come together, and the service is bad!
One time they exchanged my order with someone else, and I had to pay more because of that. Super annoying

Wow what a gem of a restaurant. We both had the beef brisket pho soup. The restaurant was busy but well worth the wait.
The servers were polite and attentive.
We would certainly go there again.

This was my first time visiting this location. Access is by stairs, but the server was kind enough to help me lift my daughter’s stroller.

We ordered the lunch combo for $18.89, which included any soup noodles plus one spring roll and a soft drink (or pho soup).

It’s a small restaurant but perfect for a quick bite — delicious food and excellent service.

💯% recommended!

This place is not authentic at all. It's overpriced for basic food and the service is terrible.

My review is a bit late but suddenly I remembered how I liked this place. Close to U of T, I think many patrons are students. The interior is cozy, and we were able to sit quickly. We ordered a large pho and a pad thai. The pho was big enough for my daughter and I to share. The broth was rich with a good amount of beef. The pad thai was very slow to come so we packed it for takeout. The waiter apologized for the wait and explained how they carefully prepare it (I can't say I fully understood the rationale but didn't matter too much since my belly was full anyways). I also had a tamarind juice which was really unique and tasty. Washroom is in the basement like typical Toronto restaurants. Located in an old building, I wish they do a bit of interior reno to make the stairs to the bathroom and bathroom itself a bit cleaner and nicer. Overall good food, the right price, good service in a convenient central location.

Outstanding Vietnamese spot in the heart of Toronto! Came here for lunch during work and left happy 😃 the pho special was full of flavour and vermicelli with pork was uber fresh. Many thanks to Kyle saving a spot for us 👌 you have a loyal customer for life 💕
