Didnt have the best experience at this restaurant. The girl was not as friendly as other servers are, and not attentive at all. We weren’t given basic things such as mint, soup spoons, cups, etc and when asked for those things she didnt seem to care or have a sense of urgency. Food was good, however the service needs to be better. We said thank you to her (received no answer) and gave her a 15 percent tip which I regret.

Disappointed. I went to this place with my girlfriend and we asked for no spicy, the server went to the kitchen to confirm that the pad Thai didn’t have spicy and the food came hot as hell (both of our dishes). Also, there was just the two of us, so the only basic request they were not able to get it right.

Good portions & tasty food, but hairs in two dishes (vermicelli and rice).
Updated: thank you for the reply, I hope it won't repeat!

I have diarrhea after having the rice noodle.
Has a nice atmosphere and the food was arranged very nicely. However, compared to other Vietnamese restaurants throughout the city, it was very expensive for the quantity of food given. I ordered a vermicelli bowl.

This place is so unorganized and has no sense of time. It claims open at 11am but this is the second time that it remained CLOSED when I arrive at 11:50. The open sign is on but no one opens the entrance and no one picks up the phone.
Pork and spring rolls

Very disappointed.
The service was extremely slow – I waited 90 minutes for my shrimp pad thai. When it finally arrived, it was poor quality: only 3 shrimp, no lime, and the taste was bitter. **This was completely unacceptable for the price and completely ruined the meal.
The Pho bowl was so so, but the portion was very small as a Large size, so that made it expensive. The Bun Bo Hue (Beef noodle) was really bad, it was just a taste of lemongrass, not authentic. It was really hot that day, but seemed like the AC was not working. The staff were not really friendly, and she swept the floor while customers were eating. That was not a good manner and not hygiene at all, I could feel the dust stirred up in the air.

Came here last Friday with a group of 8 friends—it was my first time trying this place! The space is quite roomy and works well for groups of all sizes. The food was tasty overall. The pho broth was a little too salty for my taste I even added a cup of water and it’s too salty TT but the spring rolls were fresh and delicious. The rice dishes also looked great and everything felt really satisfying tho!

It was a frustrating experience. I called twice at 8:25 and 8:26 TWICE to confirm the time of last order—I was just five minutes away—but no one picked up. I arrived at 8:38 and was told the store was closed. If someone had answered the phone, I wouldn’t have made the trip. Also, how long do you think it takes to finish a bowl of pho? I could’ve easily done so in 22 minutes.
If your store stops serving well before 9 o’clock, then your posted hours should reflect that. You should list 8:30 PM as your closing time if that’s when you actually stop taking customers—so you can clean up and leave by 9.

Was the first group of people to enter the restaurant, ordered a drink and waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive despite people who came in later already getting their meal orders. Ordered one of the flavours that a server suggested (the flavours were not described on the menu) and a different server came to clarify, had to correct her as she almost got my order wrong. Drink itself was okay. During our time there, none of the servers ever came to check up on us or remove any used dishes. Had to go up to the counter to pay our bill as we couldn’t get the attention of any of the servers. Hidden merchant fees for using a credit card that was never communicated beforehand. I do not recommend visiting this place.
