I recently dined in at Dear Saigon with my friends yesterday after a long time not coming back, and it was an exceptional experience. It seems that they changed to new menu as well as the recipe, but the food was actually more awesome than before. We ordered Dear Saigon platter, which contains mixes of meats such as spring roll, sugar cane shrimp, grilled pork and betel leaf wrapped ribeye, and I would honestly have to say it's absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this...
The food is extremely delicious. I not only fall in love with the nice and lovely design of restaurant, but also the fantastic service from servers. Highly recommend for people who love Vietnamese food ??

Makes me want to write a love letter to Saigon, pouring our all my feelings of endearment and how much I miss it. The familiar flavours I took for granted are more seldom seen here, but Dear Saigon gives me a little reminder of what it's like with their vermicelli bowls and beef noodles.
