I had rice noodle in parsley & century egg fish soup with beef briskets and cuttlefish this time. The fish soup base is always consistent and savoury. Their beef briskets had a deep beef flavour and very tender which is my favourite. I also like their cuttlefish too. It’s tender and firm but I feel thirsty after drinking the soup. I would like to try their Hainan chicken rice and I hope they’ll still have 5% discount for cash payment.
Consistently good soup noodles. I like that I can custom make what I like and I generally get the same thing but it's always the same and good. Very satisfying on a cold day. Service is quite quick, my drink and noodles came pretty fast. Pay at the counter. 5% off for cash.
