We recently visited Defina Restaurant to try their famous wood-fired oven pizza, and it was an absolute delight. We ordered the Diva Margherita pizza, which was incredibly delicious, along with the Rigatoni pasta, and both dishes were full of flavor and perfectly prepared. We came recently to celebrate my mom's first birthday since she passed because she loved Defina pizza and it was a lovely atmosphere as per usual and always delicious food. I do feel the portions are small, but quality over quantity wins in this case :)
This place used to slap! Maybe we came too late but 8:45 on a Friday seemed not too late to me. We sat in a mostly empty restaurant. We waited a bit, but not unnecessarily long. We ordered the beef tenderloin skewers which were bland and way overdone,but the meat flavour was good.
