I was disappponted on the Cholado at this location as it was like a brick of ice instead of shaved ice. It was hard to enjoy/eat since the ice wouldn’t break. I was expecting it to be made like how it was made at the festivals (shaved ice) which I truly loved. I hope it can be improved and consistent across your stores as well!

I was on the phone for over 15 minutes trying to place a pickup order, but no one ever answered—I was just left waiting the whole time. When I went to the restaurant and mentioned what happened, the staff showed no concern at all. They just didn’t care. This was a total waste of my time and a very disappointing experience.

This food at this restaurant is quite good, it’s very tasty and almost like homemade! Which I love! It’s not cheap but not overly expensive but for a family of 4 you can’t expect to pay close to $100 or a bit more. You can pay cash and they offer 10% off.

You have to pay extra if you want sauces for your food. Which I thought it was not good. Most restaurants serve their sauces for you to enjoy your food. I mean you are spending quite a bit choosing to eat at their business the least they can do is to give you some sauces to savour your food better.

They do not come to the table to take your order you have to order at the counter.

The food is definitely good but it does need a little bit more flavour and sazón!
