This is based on my experience with Too Good to Go. What a horrible experience, the app said I was getting $15 dollars with of stuff. It wasn't $15 dollars worth, more like $4 or $3. The staff, didn't even have my bag ready at all. All they did is put something in a container and that was it. You know, I read the reviews from the owner or someone that replies to them, and they state known for their customer service, honestly that's not the case. I got there, told them I was a Too Good to Go customer, they started saying they didn't have anything ready to one another, and one of the staff just told the girl to put whatever in a container for me. They were speaking Spanish, but I knew what they were saying, I myself know how to speak the same language. Honestly, the reviews on here about lack of taste, I can vouch for that. What they gave me was one arepa with cheese, no taste, definitely not worth $15 dollars as the app stated, lackluster customer service. Would not return, just head up north on Dufferin, you'll find better options.

Sadly they applied it to us again. We came determined to eat quickly for our times, after a hard day of work and study. We recently came and did not have a nice experience, unfortunately it happened again. When you arrive, the tables are not cleaned until you sit down (having the staff to be able to have them ready for the arrival of the clients), you must pay first, they are fine, but including the tip from there is shameless, for later services. Our food arrived 1 hour late, but what was more inconsistency was that people who had just arrived left before us with their orders. The worst thing of all is that when we notified of the delay, I saw how they only laughed in the back (through the window to leave the food) and I think they added their “secret sauce” (saliva) to the food. They talk to you about “you” even when they are older when for a service that is low. You should treat them with respect, they don't ask for much, but the service does leave a lot to be desired. To add to that, the food arrived on time and some already cold pork rinds (bandeja paisa). At the time of preparation it doesn't make sense, knowing that some things have already been made and it's just heating up. Regardless of the cost, the food is not free for these surprises. For that, it is better to go to another establishment with more confidence.

We are here at 11:20am waiting around 20min to be open , I travel 30min ago to eat Colombian breakfast!Is disappointed this place !!!Please someone need to open other restaurant with a good service for customer .The chef told us they can’t open because they are waiting for the waitress !The employees you got need to be responsable and be on time because the are ruining the businesses.

I went last week to buy cheese sandwiches, they were good. Now we returned yesterday, Friday, I bought 6 meat sandwiches and they didn't have meat inside. I had mashed potatoes with shreds of meat. I won't come back anymore. They stole from me. They are shameless, the truth is, and the sandwich was hard and poorly kneaded.
The plantain patacón is very good and so is the shaved ice with additional ice cream.
