Horrible customer service, Sean the manager is not trained in customer service whatsoever. He should not be able to deal with customers unless he knows what’s going on. The amount you spend here the food should be up to par. It is not.

Just WOW! Sanah was the best server I have ever had period! Not only was she so kind but she was funny, she has the best recommendations. She recommended we get the New York cheesecake and she changed my life. I wish all my servers were like Sanah. Please give her a raise she was exceptional. I plan on only coming to this location only for her kindness and expertise. Thank you for making our day Sanah, you are greatly appreciated.

Spoke with the Manager Sean, who advised that this was up to Demetres standards. Please look at what they gave me and look at the photos they post on their menus. Then please tell me that this does not look up to standard! This tasted like cardboard and was hard to swallow. I ordered the splitsonian waffle with no strawberry and extra banana, and this is what I got. Sean says this is “ok”

I got the red velvet cake at this store and it was amazing! I was served by Sanah and she answered all my questions, gave exceptional service and was so funny! I would love to be served by her again and will definitely be coming back :)
