Worst place to eat at, waste of money, bad service, no one cares! Please save your sweet time and avoid this!

Servers were quick, food was good missed some of the buffet as one cart was hidden in a corner with no lighting..

One of the worst customer service in the town. The guy at the corner with blue and white checkered shirt spoiled the mood with his rude behaviour. I won’t comment on food. If you want to eat their food then order it online but I would highly recommend not to visit. Thank you.

Horrible service and sub standard food. We stopped by for a quick takeout. The buffet looked so morose. The mutter paneer was just peas and the shahi paneer was just sauce. In the thali he refused fo give me raita instead of dahi, both side by side. We wanted to get an extra portion of channa but they wouldn’t allow for that. I eventually didn’t eat my food

Worst staff. I was told on phone buffet is open, I drove 30 Kms from South Etobicoke, upon entry the lady was asking are you fully vaccinated, I said yes, she asked me to show the proof. I asked you did not mention this on phone. No where there is any notice asking customers giving their vaccination requirements for eat in buffet. No instructions or proof of vaccination. Though their buffet price is lower than other Indian buffets, their attitude is very bad and quality of some items is not good. Instead they force you to take out. The curries in take out are the same ones the keep in buffet with poor quality. As usual in buffets out of many dishes only one or two are fresh, remaining are stale from days before. How can they expect some one to pay more than half of buffet price for one dish when customer is not sure of its quality. They just play games with customers in the name of buffet. Never do any take outs from here or any buffet restaurants. They are all very poor quality and showing buffet they rob you.

I went in with my friend and the atmosphere was spacious and clean and maintained and the food was the best! Food is delicious and fresh and I ate so much and rolled out happy, highly recommend ?

Taste awful and not fresh I almost threw up after taking 1 piece of tandoori chicken leg

We were there for the first time. As we walked in the place had a smell to it, which made us iffy but we still dared. After fishing a bit for paneer pieces in the butter paneer curry, I moved past unappetizing and unappealing rows of curries, the dal and ras malai as well but it was underwhelming. By now, we decided to leave and stoop up to pay to our server who also works on the cash. He asked to pay 3 people even though he clearly saw that only two of us were dining. He was also angry and threw a tantrum that why dint we announce first thing we came in that our friend wasn't dining. This is after the fact that he served us. He came and saw who was eating and who wasn't when serving and still he insulted us at the cash counter. So not only is the food bland, industrial tasting and not fresh, you may just get shouted upon for random stuff. I refrain from putting negative reviews unless I have a terrible experience, precisely like this one. I am more shocked because the gentleman seemed to be the manager. NEVER GOING BACK.

Worst food ever… they just giving bad food and old food which is not eatable.. We complain about food owner didn’t care about customers complains.. just argue .. zero star for food and customer service. Don’t waste your money and time over there. They just making money and try to make customer sick by their food.. ?

Disgusting food ever they gave bad smell rice when we complain they said its soya sauce how freaking it is they are thinking we dont know the difference between bad smell and old food instead of accepting there fault they are arguing with us Bad customer experience dont waste your time to go if you want to sick this is the best palace for you . I am trying to filing the complaint to food inspector about there food ???????????

I liked their food....especially their veggie burger and samosa chaat and gajrela....and have ordered a few times before....but today's order.....i don't have to say anything...just look at the picture

The chicken biryani they offer is dry. Overall, food is average.

Excellent service ….management is too good to work with…food is so yummy and customer service is mind blowing. Love this place
