I was very disappointed with the treatment I received at Dhaka Kebabs’ new location. When they had their first location, the owner and staff were polite and welcoming, and even allowed me to use the washroom when needed.

However, at the new location, the owner has become very rude. I politely asked the owner to use the washroom and was given permission. After finishing and thanking him, he suddenly told me I wasn’t supposed to use it, accused me of making a mess, and said it was only for customers. If that was the case, why give permission in the first place?

This is not the same hospitality they once had, and it was a very disappointing experience. We will never visit therir restaurants. I felt so bad.

If you want to sit and eat with your family, this place is not for you, because there is not enough space for them to sit there.

extremely disappointed with their food. I had a beef combo. The beef curry was cooked either yesterday or two days ago.

We went to Dhaka Kebab for a late-night craving . The older lady around (45) working there was really rude and unfriendly. At first, I thought it might just be us, but while we were waiting for our food, I noticed she was treating every customer the same way. Specially there was a white guy eating food she asked him very rudely anything else? that was not professional way. There were 3 guys waiting for takeout, but she gave them dine in. When they asked for takeout, she continue saying you you should told me early for multiple times. Where the guys were saying that we asked 3 times for takeout. There is a lots of things I notice while I was having food there. I DDidn’t expect this type of customer service from them..
As for the food, it was just average—nothing to write home about.
I really think Dhaka Kebab needs to train their staff better when it comes to customer service.
My request is to non-Bangladeshi people, Do not Judge Bangladeshi hospitality Seeing them..

Food that tastes closest to bangladeshi cuisine. In my opinion, they have the closest authentic food taste of Bangladesh. Rest of the restaurant kinda made of fusion.

I ordered chicken biriyani, and after about thirty minutes of waiting, they served me old biriyani that wasn't even heated through and smelled a little. I complained, but they didn't even say they were sorry. Never going back there again.

The best deshi breakfast in Danforth.
The service is amazing.
Just one suggestion to improve the atmosphere, we understand there are space limitations.
Good place for a quick tea.
A plenty of deshi sweets options as well.
The good thing is it’s open 24 hours now!

Visited Dhaka Kebab recently for a quick tea and some light snacks. We ordered 2 teas, a mango lassi, and 3 chicken patties. The tea had a unique flavor with a strong caffeine kick — perfect if you're looking for an energy boost. The mango lassi and patties were also quite good.

While my personal taste doesn’t fully align with traditional Bangladeshi flavors, I can see why this place is so popular — the restaurant was quite busy even during our short visit, which says a lot about its local following. I’m sure those who enjoy Bangla cuisine will truly appreciate what Dhaka Kebab has to offer.

The service was warm and friendly. The staff initially spoke to us in Bangla, but we ended up having a nice conversation in English. They were genuinely interested in where we were from and whether we enjoyed the tea, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

Also worth noting — they’re open 24 hours, which is a great bonus!
