I was at your commerce court lobby location around 3:30pm on January 13. I ordered two decaf flat whites, a peppermint tea, and a chocolate chip cookie. The cashier repeated the order to me. Hours later it became apparent that we were served caffeinated coffee, as it reacted with my friend’s medication, causing muscle spasms, and as I lay here awake about 12 hours later with a flight to catch tomorrow.
This is a very serious, and potentially dangerous mistake. Not sure how it’s even possible that a food service outlet can make a potentially life threatening error like this.

We arrived at Dineen Coffee in the CIBC building around 4:40 pm and ordered two coffees. The barista who took our order was extremely rude from the beginning. After taking our order, I asked if we could have our coffees in ceramic cups, and only then she said, “We’re almost closed, we can only give to-go cups.” This should have been clearly communicated before taking our order, not afterward.
The situation got worse when my husband asked politely for milk for the Americano we ordered. Her response was very rude; she didn’t speak properly and instead pointed aggressively to the other side of the station without explanation or courtesy.
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. Since she was wearing the company uniform, I expected a basic level of professionalism and respect that reflects the Dineen brand. I hope management addresses this behavior and provides proper customer service training, as it seriously affects the experience and reputation of this location.

My go to place to meet up with a friend for a quick morning coffee meeting / catch up as we're in different corporate buildings. Nice and central, usually seating available.
As a coffee enthusiast, the Colombian drip coffee is surprisingly light and nuanced. Happy the barista talked me into trying it.

Superb kiosk style cafe inside the CIBC building. Snacking here is a vibe with the super high ceiling, Bay street core aesthetic, professional atmosphere, and lots of walking space.
Really spacious area next to the kiosk and spacious forecourt to walk around and sip coffee
If you're not a Bay streeterby profession, and don't work in the finance core, you will enjoy the vibe here
Their coffee was good too and staff were friendly.
There's also a nice dining area next to the kiosk and great views of Bay street core visible through the glass facades

I burnt out from work, wanted to get a dessert and a coffee and take a rest at the counter. I was taking a phone call with my manager, and my tears were falling. They walked up to me, and told me to leave (because they need to close in five minutes) They will NEVER EVER get a penny from me.
This is such a cool location located at the base of an office building!!! The coffee is 10/10 and is perfect for nearby employees… convenient and timely service with a lot of delicious options. Dineen’s coffee taste / flavour is unmatched… idk what they do to it but it always hits the spot !
