Location is good! Close to Chinatown. Lots of restaurants there. You got a single room for about 50 CAD. Toilet was a bit far from my room. It was clean. The shared kitchen was a mess. The staff were ok
The New College dorm is a high-rise with a floor kitchen and shared washrooms. The Spadina streetcar between Spadina Station and Union Station is just outside the doors. The University of Toronto offers a downtown campus with diverse architectural styles surrounded by cultural attractions such as the Royal Ontario Museum, the Gardiner Museum and the Bata Shoe Museum.
Nice rooms with a comfortable bed, clean toilets, coin laundry machines close to downtown for a cheap price. I spent there one night, and I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionists were very welcoming. I highly recommend
