The young woman working here was very cold. She ignored us when we walked in, left us waiting for 10+ minutes and did not even respond when I said “hello” to try and verify that she saw us/knew we were waiting. I’ve been here before and had a great experience being served by a man, but this girl needs some serious retraining on customer service. We left without ordering since we were not acknowledged. I understand having to wait to order and get our drinks, especially since she’s the only one working. I don’t mind waiting, but it’s standard to say hello and even offer a quick “I’ll just be a minute” or “I’ll be with you in a moment” just to show that you’ve even seen us! It goes a long way. Made us feel unwelcome :(

It’s a thoughtful touch that makes Dolce Bakery not just a destination for great food, but a community hub where families can unwind and kids can play while parents enjoy a cappuccino or a slice of pizza. This place is a 10 out of 10 for me and my family!
The coffee was good. The other drinks we ordered mtacha latte and the beets drink were ok. The Canolli was nice. I recommend to pay attention to the outdoor sitting area and clean it. The indoor sitting area suites for two people.
