I recently visited Dolcini By Joseph to purchase some last minute pastries and cookies as a Mother's Day Gift. Before visiting Josephs bakery I called to make sure he was open and Joseph let me know that he was closing shortly but was still willing to stay open to let us purchase some pastries!! Outstanding customer service by owner! The strawberry shortcake had Two layers pf sponge cake w/fresh cream center and it was covered in flaky layers of white chocolate with fresh large strawberries!!! Absolutely fresh and decadent!Will definitely be ordering from you again. We look forward to come try your food as well. Grazie Joseph!
