Awful. Said pizza was delivered when it wasn’t. Driver finally shows up after driving around for 35 minutes with a cold pizza. Avoid ordering from this place.

I ordered ahead of time and it told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went 15 minutes later and they told me it would be another 15 minutes because they hadn’t started my pizza. I waited 15 minutes and still nothing, I decided to tell them 10 minutes after that and it turned out that my pizza had been ready for 10 minutes and they just didn’t give it to me so now I have a cold pizza. smh 🤦♂️

Unfortunately extremely poor customer service. Juned was not helpful at all. Food left cold. Driver delivered order when it wasn't here. The order sat outside for 15 minutes and went cold.
The manager Juned had absolutely no concern and didn't want to offer an explanation. This is very disappointing service and I will be ordering with other pizza companies in future.

Called to order delivery, they told me they don't deliver too my address, so try and figure out which location will and they link me up with another. Call them but they inform me bathurst is the registered location for my address. Call back and someone new agrees to make my pizza They call back 20 mins later, different person again, and tell me they didn't make my pizza because it's the wrong location.
Buying pizza for delivery shouldn't feel like buying drugs! Lol and it's sucks cuz dominoes slaps.
The food quality in general was good, just your normal Domino's. The only issue I had was that I asked for extra Alfredo sauce, but the made it with regular pizza sauce. I didn't bring it up there because it was late and I didn't want to wait for them to make another one from scratch.

i ordered a pizza its a delivery and should be delivered at 9:30 pm but the tracker in app shows me its delivered and enjoy your pizza but i still not get my order. So, I call dominos that whats going on. He said your pizza is still in the oven. Whats going on? After half an hour i called them where is my pizza. They are not answering my phone call i tried 2 times. I mean are you guys crazy. Like if u can’t deliver it then why you take orders and said it should be delivered in 30 minutes. I mean why are people wasting time from ordering you the worst location in toronto. The guy Name Rahil was preparing my order and as per the app its was prepared on time and also delivered on time but i didn’t get my order. And when i call them my order was still in the oven. To dear owner of this location, Please be authentic to your customers. Worst experience i ever had in my life. Zero stars
