Paid a 15% premium for DoorDash delivery. Pizza took an hour and when I asked DoorDash where my order was they told me Dominos decided to deliver it themselves. So they kept the extra fee and did a crappy job of the delivery. They should be ashamed of themselves.

took about an hour and a half for my order. didn’t follow delivery instructions to call when they were hear since i live in an apartment building. they left it outside on the porch in the snow. everything is SO cold. do better.

Why would you sell parmesan bites wuthout asking about dipping sauce?
I dont care if i have to pay extra, now ive taken them home and have nothing to dip them in. Have you ever tried having the parmesan bites on their own? Theyre dry and not great.

*HEALTH RISK*. We live in the area and ordered online for pickup. Cheese bread was undercooked noticed half way thru eating it . Hopefully we don’t get sick because we each had about 2 1/2 pieces thinking it was just the cheese before we realized it was undercooked dough.hoping we won’t get sick with e-coli or salmonella. Tried calling all they said was there’s a timer so it shouldn’t have been raw, didn’t have sympathy and offered no help at all customer service is really bad. I informed them that if we get sick they will be held liable and I will have to seek legal remedies. Hopefully we are ok tho but Never eating at this location again.

I received the wrong order, and so I contacted the store. They promptly had my actual order redelivered; however, the delivery guy seemed mad that a single slice of the old pizza was missing. I explained that I had been waiting for nearly 2 hours, got hungry, and ate a single slice. He indicated that he wanted to deliver the order to the other customer. I attempted to elucidate to him that he is unable to do so, as I had to break the seal in order to identify the incorrect order, and he is unable to deliver an order with a broken seal. He asserted that it was irrelevant and that he could still the old order with a broken seal... What kinds of unsanitary business practices is being employed by this store/organization? It is unthinkable to deliver food that has been tampered with by a third party. This conduct should be considered common sense.

I came into this pizza with my 6 year old daughter. I ordered the small 1 topping pizza + 500ml combo. I asked for a simple cheese pizza. What is received was a small pizza topped sprinkled with chilli pepper flakes 🤦🏻♂️. Its like Dominos and Tim Hortons hires the same people. If that wasn't bad enough, the place stunk like B.O. I will never step foot inside this place again.
