Ordered from this location from uber and boy I am the least surprised human on planet earth that this place has garbage rating on both uber and on google. After charging me $4 dollar for “service fee” and me tipping the delivery person I get a call from the Uber driver giving “INFORMING” me that he is not gonna leave the order to my apartment as I had requested via my uber app and will leave it in the lobby. When I asked why, he said there is no parking which is bullshit cause I order from uber 10 times a week. Horrible service and poor quality food. Oh boy I haven’t even gotten to review the food. TLDR it was dry and burnt. Never ordering from this place again!
Never ordering from this Domino’s again. I placed an order and followed the app tracker to see when my pizza would be delivered. Even though I live 500m from this location, I patiently waited while I saw the delivery time increase and increase up until the point where I was still waiting for the delivery 42min out AFTER the driver had left the location. I called store manager SIVADATH to inquire about this and he proceeded to gaslight me on the phone and tell me that the driver had already called me to tell me he had dropped the pizza in my lobby. Not only was this going against my clear delivery instructions but that was also patently untrue: I never received such phone call. I have the call history to prove it. Sivadath told me he would send me evidence of the phone call, but when I asked for it to be sent he miraculously… couldn’t.
I honestly wouldn’t have minded if there was an apology and an explanation for the delay (or for forgetting to inform me that the pizza was in the lobby) but the blatant unprofessionalism really irked me. Also, what is the point of the tracker if it creates more confusion?

How. How can this location be so unbelievably inept at performing the simplest of tasks? I used to order dominos ALL THE TIME until I moved here Then this excuse for a franchise messed up a bunch of orders. I FINALLY give them another chance, the driver follows ZERO of the instructions, drives to the wrong address, refuses to use the buzzer, tells me to come outside and wait for him, drives to the wrong address YET AGAIN and makes me WALK to meet him as he was/is a lazy guy(ps don't call people you don't know bro....heck, don't call someone you know BRO.Pizza is ice cold, driver is lazy, wish this franchise didn't exist. Thanks for nothing. Ps If you check my history this is one of few negative reviews. This place deserves it. Waste of 20 bucks and about 20 mins of my life waiting for "bro" to sit in his car when I came to him. EDIT tried to order tonight well over a year since this initial review; GUESS WHAT??? Still refusing to bring the food to my location. I have COVID....not a huge deal for me but certainly don't want to get anyone else sick. Driver said he wouldn't bring it up and I had to come get it. Screw you Glad to see nothing has been done with all these negative reviews since posting this about 2 years ago. STUNNING

We have had 3 terrible experiences with this Dominos branch. The delivery person refuses to deliver upstairs to our unit despite coming into the lobby.
They claim this is because they will get a ticket (even though many cars park where we instructed the delivery person to) but if the delivery person can come inside the lobby of the building after leaving their car on the street, why can't they deliver directly to our door as we requested?
Eventually, we told the manager of the store on the phone, that we would pay any parking tickets that would occur from this delivery and their delivery person finally delivered.
This was our last order from this location, and judging from the reviews, we're not the only ones.

Such a frustrating experience from start to finish including placing an online order while on the phone, then being told their card machines were down once I placed it. Took an hour and half to arrive. The driver could come to the lobby but not upstairs weirdly ... Pizza was cold and olives shriveled up. Still made me pay for delivery.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. REFUSE TO "DELIVER DOWNTOWN" AND JUTS THREW MY PIZZA ON THE SIDE OF MY BUILDING OUTSIDE ON THE STREET! BY THE TIME I WENT DOWNSTAIRS THE PIZZA WASN'T THERE ANYMORE. THEY TAKE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.

I was absolutely horrified and there total disregard for a decent customer service experience I will absolutely never come here again. Staff were Rude and inconsiderate. I am hoping cooperate will get involved
