My order was wrong. They give me another pizza instead of a butter chicken pizza. It had a strong flavored orange sauce.

My partner orders from here sometimes and they load up in sauce while putting the bare minimum of cheese on to the point it doesn't even sufficiently cover the pizza. It's not a one off either..every single time there's patches of sauce where theres no cheese coverage. Not kidding one time I said next time ask for extra cheese and he responded with "I did". At the bare minimum, when you order a pepperoni and cheese pizza, at least put enough to cover the pie. Not sure why it's not allowing me to upload pictures, but I have the receipts.

Some of the best customer service I've ever got, the food is pretty good and it's made fresh so it's hot when you get it. Pretty good experience, the atmosphere is lacking, but it makes up for that in customer service and food!

The last two times I’ve ordered from this location. My pizza has come to me completely burnt.
I paid for extra cheese and Clearly not added on
Last time I called and complained about the pizza being burnt, they told me all they can offer is a free medium to topping pizza on my next purchase
I even offered to drive back to the location to fix it even though I received it as delivery and they still weren’t willing to work with me

Domino’s used to be good. Used to be my go to place for pizza. They are amazing and killing it in Petawawa, but here in Toronto... All they know how to deal is how to overcook and undercooked the pizza at the same time. I think at this point a frozen store bought pizza would taste better.
Worst Dominos location. Multiple orders have showed up incorrect and cold, the driver didn't bring a debt terminal, then proceeded to ask me to e-transfer him directly. Too bad the locations are distance locked, so I can't order from another one.
