I ordered chicken and instead received bacon. The worst part? The store completely ignores customer concerns. Their staff showed a shocking lack of accountability and had an extremely rude, abusive attitude when I tried to address the issue.
I was forced to walk into the store just to get them to fix their mistake, and even then, they treated me with complete disregard. Unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful – this is by far the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this location at all costs.

Fastest pizza made in the downtown core, these guys turn around a pick-up special like nobody else. It’s dominos, so if you have tried them ever before, you know what they offer. But the turnaround time is next level.

Online order pickup was seamless but the cheesy bread was beyond greasy. I’m not expecting a health-conscious, whole-wheat protein bread from Domino’s, but I shouldn’t feel my arteries clogging immediately from eating cheesy bread. Definitely worse than the other Domino’s i’ve been to.

Double, extra and triple cheese at this restaurant mean nothing. They will send you a single cheese pizza and try to gaslight you into pretending you've never had Dominos prepare you a proper pizza.

We ordered one Marinara sauce pizza. Instead of using that sauce, they put expired pizza sauce in the pizza. When i called them to confirm, they agreed they put expired pizza sauce instead of opening a new pack for Marinara before store closing. This gave 3 people Food poisoning in my family. Please beware.
I always have good experience here from this shop whether take out or delivery. Big fan of their alfredo sauce pizzas, always made well with right amount of toppings and friendly staff.

I am very disappointed with my recent order from this Domino’s location. Despite selecting “well done” as a special instruction, the pizzas were undercooked, lacked freshness, and the overall taste was extremely poor. This was by far the worst Domino’s experience I have had.
I already raised a complaint with Domino’s customer care, but I want further attention from the management of this store. As a very frequent and loyal Domino’s customer, I expect consistency and quality — unfortunately, this order completely failed to meet those standards.
Order total was $41.20 (receipt attached). I am requesting a full refund or store credit to make up for this experience.
Domino’s, please take this seriously and ensure your quality control improves. Customers like me rely on your brand for reliability, and experiences like this destroy that trust.
