Second time , driver did not deliver to the door . Raw wings , missing ranch sauce , Under cooked pizza . Missing extra cheddar . Called the restaurant. Sent pics . No resolution. Believe this location is sub par .

Location is 5 mins away but is often late delivering….call and the service is terrible - basically give no answers and just tell you the driver will call you in 10 mins.

Very poor customer experience. The washroom is always closed, which is unacceptable for a restaurant open to the public. Customers, including families and elderly people, need access to basic facilities. This shows a lack of care for customer comfort. Management should address this immediately.

The delivery times at this location have consistently been much longer than advertised, and the app frequently marks orders as “out for delivery” or “delivered” well before the order has actually left the store. It appears that the system is being updated prematurely by staff, which makes it hard to trust the tracker.
When I’ve called this location to check on the status, the staff have told me they’re too busy to explain the discrepancy. It’s disappointing, because this store is only a few minutes away and the estimated delivery is usually around 20 minutes, yet my orders regularly arrive after an hour or more. I hope this improves, as I’d like to be able to rely on this Domino’s.
