Honestly… I wish I could rate this place a zero because do the workers even care about the customers health???? These workers are NEVER wearing gloves and they are nasty. You come in they’re not even welcoming, they stare at you all bunched up in a corner. It just stank in there, It’s really nasty to be honest. They don’t wash their hands after touching the cash register…ew. They be touching the debit card machine and STILL not washing their hands. It’s just disgusting, then they have the nerve to ask about a tip? they should be lucky I don’t cuss them on the spot but you know what I’m a changed person so I’m not even gonna do that. But the way they handle their customers is so disgusting. The pizza never turns out good just nasty bad service, they wouldn’t even pass a food safety test if they ran one on that place. Don’t order from here. I don’t recommend zero stars.

The worst dominos in the GTA by far!! Horrible people who work there down to the manager!! The delivery driver calls me asking me for my buzzer code. He doesn’t call me again I don’t hear from him again and sends me a picture that he left it on the ground in my lobby building!! I call and text and nothing the manager later contacts me and his solution was to offer me the same order but half the price so on top of stealing my money and food they wanted to recharge me! Honestly they are just very rude and beyond brainless!! Please beware and don’t get ripped off!!!

My order tonight was over an hour late to be delivered to my home even though I live a few blocks away from the 312 Queen st E location. I was receiving text messages indicating my order was here & in the app it said it was delivered so I called the store. The employee told me they were very busy and it would come soon. I could hardly hear him as I heard a lot of shouting & laughing in the background. I got upset as this was the second time this happened with this location within a month. He let me speak to the manager who told me the driver forgot the pizza in the store. By the time it was delivered the pizza & chicken tenders were not warm at all & had to be reheated This is last time I will be ordering from Dominoes. Ill be deleting the app & my account. The staff working at this time at this location should be replaced. You should really read your Google reviews & take concrete action to correct the issues. A rating of 3.4 is nothing to be proud of.

I ordered a gluten free small bacon pizza and opened the box and there was a little sharp piece of red hard plastic in my pizza. The guys at the counter couldn’t even speak English and this is very unsafe and unsanitary
