Literally took an hour (and counting-- it's not here yet!) to get here when the shop is only 15 mins away??

This place has a special touch when it comes to making pizza. The staff is welcoming, and the team clearly knows their craft.

Never again! 3 hours for a delivery of 2 pizzas? The tracker said my order was out for delivery at 6:30, and said at 7:00 it was completed. It didn’t show up until 8:50! The pizza was half cooked and cold! When we tried calling, our calls were ignored. We called from 4 different numbers!

Do not order from here ever. Abysmal customer services and wait times. Multiple calls ignored and terrible delivery service.

A pizza I ordered took almost 2 hours to arrive. Multiple calls to the store manager led me to voicemail and when the pizza did eventually arrive, it was room temperature.

An hour into them not picking up the phone after multiple calls, the pizza was marked as delivered. I thought it got delivered to the lobby but literally nobody came. It proceeded to send an email but I still haven't gotten a response. It was only after 2 hours, when I decided to get some to eat for pickup did the driver come. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had related to Domino's and it really changes where I would go for pizza.

If you're considering order Domino's for delivery during peak times, be aware that your order can take over an hour with no customer service.

I went to this place today with my friends, the person whom I think was maybe the manager or supervisor took our order and while we were waiting he was shouting nonstop at his staff which was very rude and humiliating. He told him that he won’t give him enough hours if he won’t listen to him which was not good thing to say especially in front of customers. I get it that the person might have done something wrong still he had no right to speak to his staff in that way. Very disrespectful.

Hear me out. Food quality is not the metric when choosing which big, generic pizza chain to order from. Your goal should be to optimize ROI on your pizza consumption. I've done the math so you don't have to. Domino’s has the best rewards structure if you do frequent small orders (ie one pizza). Pizza Pizza and Pizza Nova are better if you do larger orders. Don’t bother with Papa John’s. All of the above are going to taste like cardboard and take too long to arrive at your doorstep. You already know that. Focus on reward yield per transaction. You’re not eating pizza. You’re accumulating points toward your next lukewarm dividend. I am eating cold leftovers as I write this. Free, cold leftovers. And that's why I am issuing 4-stars on a 2-star product.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pan pizza and it was nothing like the same product from any other location that I’ve had. It was severely undercooked, they didn’t follow the topping instructions, and they used a fraction of the toppings you would normally receive. Pathetic. Pizza looks like it was cut by a 4 year old. There were slices with toppings completely missing, and the directions were completely ignored by the staff, it was an embarrassment. Avoid this location. You pay the same amount regardless of where you go so you might as well choose another location that does a better job. There are several in the Toronto west end area.
