Terrible experience. Ordered a pan pizza and it was nothing like the same product from any other location that I’ve had. It was severely undercooked, they didn’t follow the topping instructions, and they used a fraction of the toppings you would normally receive. Pathetic. Pizza looks like it was cut by a 4 year old. There were slices with toppings completely missing, and the directions were completely ignored by the staff, it was an embarrassment. Avoid this location. You pay the same amount regardless of where you go so you might as well choose another location that does a better job. There are several in the Toronto west end area.

This location has gone down hill with the new management, dont order from here. Ordered a normal baked pizza and it was burned like charcoal, but the staff said it was normal and even dared to said I should leave notes for lightly done, lol.

I have ordered from here a few times. Compared to other Dominos locations, in my opinion this is one of the better ones. I have tried different types of pizzas. The thin in crispy was just that. The handmade pan pizza was crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. I'm not sure why there aren't higher reviews, but my experiences were all good. They do their own delivery, even off Uber, and the food comes warm. Btw, someone here said the 5 star reviews were fake. My review is NOT fake.

Multiple times I have ordered a pizza for delivery and it's arrived cold and not at all fresh....just had an order for delivery and it was the wrong order....they took almost 2 hours to deliver the new pizza. Very poor quality and service! Whatever you do, order from another location!
My kids love Dominos and I love that I can order them a pizza for “carry out” for lunch. Thanks!

It tastes like regular dominos, which was expected. There was a creepy old man that came in, didn’t buy anything, (seemingly high) that openly stared at my friends and I though which made us feel unsafe, wish the workers couldve had him leave.
Tastes fine however recently I waited 1.5 hours for a delivery with zero updates. I had to call the manager to get updates. Apparently they gave my original pizza to someone else and then had to bake another one for me. Waiting for 1.5 hours without updates is ridiculous!

Ordered online, food arrived an hour later and stone cold. No hot bag was used. Driver would not do a no contact delivery and asked me to come down because he didn't want to leave his car? Extremely disappointed. Would never order from this location again.
