So today we ordered 1 pan base pizza for delivery, first of all this store is just 10 min away from my house and on there dominos tracking it was indicating that the driver left the store around 11:49 and it took him 50 min to deliver my pizza, i called the store around 12:20 to know the update regarding the delivery but they said that the app is showing wrong. The pizza was dry and cold. Really didn’t expect this from dominos.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent pizza order I placed. Despite requesting a make-your-own pizza with extra toppings for dinner, the initial delivery was unsatisfactory. Not only were several toppings missing, but the pizza arrived extremely cold. Upon contacting the store to rectify the issue, I was told that the pizza would be replaced next time, which was not acceptable as it was our planned dinner for the evening. Subsequently, when the driver returned, the attitude displayed was rather rude, and to add to the frustration, the replacement pizza was once again delivered cold, without the use of a hot bag on both occasions. This experience has left me questioning the value for money and the quality of service provided by your establishment.

Ordered a 4-topping pizza - pepperoni, onion, mushroom, bell peppers -- pepperoni was good, the vegetables were very sparse --- how do you they charge for vegetable toppings, if they barely put any on?

The pizza was excellent tasted amazing just what I needed. Best food for the price I paid for thanks domino's.
Ordered online, went to the store, told them order # and name, paid for it , waited for a while , then found out the pizza has already been ready for the last 12 minutes but it was sitting there while I waited - so it had cooled down. The guy asked me whether I had paid or not , so they clearly even forgot that indeed I paid and I was waiting . I ordered pepperoni and tomatoes with extra sauce and baked well done and normal cheese . There was barely any cheese or tomatoes on it . Pepperoni was fine . It was not baked well done. overall taste was fine.

I made an delivery, I had few extra request for my pizza and none of those request were fulfilled even though after paying ful price for it and even confronted on the issue, the response was not accurate or good.
