The tasting menu and the wine pairings were expertly done. Ambience, the view and service was absolutely top notch. I know I have not had a more enjoyable meal in Toronto... but I think this was better than similar tasting dinners in the UK and France. It was not cheap, but for a special occasion, its hard to image a more appropriate place for a spectacular dining experience. . Thanks to the staff, sommelier and chef for a memorable evening.
The most incredible dining experience I have ever had! The service is exceptional, the explanation of each course was enlightening . Highly recommend the caviar and champagne pairing , it will transport you to a whole new level of enjoying cuisine . Each and every staff we encountered was exceptional. The tour of the open concept, kitchen and restaurant was very unique, . Valentino ( and all staff) made my birthday celebration unforgettable . 
Overall it was a great experience. Dining in an upscale restaurant is a must do. Unfortunately we were seated next to the wall/ countertop on the opposite side of the view outside and we had to listen and watch the staff sort through utensils, place water jugs next to us, receipt books. Had to pause our conversations a few times. It was a good experience though
