Taste is there but preparation is off i ordered the ackee and saltfish i got two big pieces of salf and the ackee is over cooked and banana and yam were uncooked needs more love from the chef feels like he just slapped everything together

The lunch specials are served in a small container but filled to the max! The jerk chicken was delicious. Definitely worth checking out.

The jerk chicken is not 100% authentic but it is really good for a restaurant or for a decent chicken meal, def needs more spice/pepper...
Don't just make it for foreigners, make for JA ppl too.
I love that the meal was full and it came with an oxtail gravy on the side. It was a really delicious addition and it made it definitely a 7.5 out of 10.
The only thing is they def need bigger portions of veggies.

Food is great overall, better to get a small size because the large size looks smaller than the small size.

But your cashier today as of Sep 28th around 3:05pm with the glasses yeah, she was super sarcastic for no reason when I asked about the size portions.

Unfortunately it put a bad taste in mouth therefore this is the last time I will ever purchase your food period.

Whomever she is, her mouth is a problem, if she doesn’t not know how to think before responding properly.

Ordered a large oxtail, had about 8 pieces of meat, and enough rice to feed a family of 3.

I ordered large for a reason, to get more paid about 24$ after taxes for honestly what i feel is a lunch special deal container.

I wont be coming back, food was good but not worth the price at all.

and im sure i wont be the only one writing this type of review, it shouldn't hurt to put a little bit more meat and give what your getting paid for.

This place makes Sunrise seem like a 5 star restaurant.
there was literally 4 small piece of saltfish in my large meal.
they were the size of a dime each. The meal was basically vegetarian. I will never go back here

Best spot in the Weston Rd. area. I’ve been working in the area for 3 weeks and nyamin in Jamaican restaurants up and down Weston Rd. Always respect a place that’s open early and has real breakfast and rice and peas ready early! Had the saltfish and bean with rice and peas.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food and great service! I had the jerk chicken and bbq chicken lunch specials and they were both a fair amount of food with lots of flavour! Will be a go to lunch spot for the foreseeable future!
