What a lovely find in Danforth. Love the services by the lady server. I ordered Tofu teriyaki with rice combo. Food came piping hot and delicious. Definitely will be returning here again.

Double Shushi never disappoints! Always fresh and great portion size for the price. Staff is always friendly and warming. They catch on quick to returning customers and you feel like part of the family; it is also my kids favourite sushi spot in Toronto. Good job Double Shushi, keep it up!

My wife and I have been going to Double Sushi for 5 years; good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. We are getting ready to go again today, so I was checking when they would open for lunch and decided to check their reviews. I like to check the lowest reviews to see if they were justified; I noticed 2 were from a couple of guys who got tickets for using the restaurants parking spot which is intended for customers, and one from a guy who gives 5 stars to the same chain restaurants and 1 star to random restaurants. I normally don't provide reviews but wanted to point out this observation and provide my 5 star review which Double Sushi does deserve.
I ordered the spicy salmon and eel sushi. The salmon sushi tasted bland, while the eel sushi was too saucy and sour. Waitress was unfriendly. However, the interior decor and music were nice.

I’ve been coming here since 2021 and it’s always been solid. We usually get the T2 party tray and pay a couple $ extra to swap out the California rolls. The spicy butterfish rolls are a must-try! Consistently good sushi and fast service, highly recommend. Pay cash for 10% off.

Very solid local sushi spot. They neither skimp on portions, nor the fish to rice ratio. Food quality is good. However, the fact you added 'blue fin' infront of tuna to your entire menu is disheartening..

One of all my favourite sushi restaurants! I am so lucky to live right across from it. It’s so good and yet so cheap, especially if you pay cash! The combos are the best, and most of them come with salad and miso soup! Highly, highly recommended.
