Edmond Fallot's Preservative-Free Mustard
A mustard without preservatives?
If the Fallot mustard factory had already taken the step for grainy mustards or certain flavoured mustards, which do not undergo any alteration in quality and preservation without sulphites, the challenge for smooth mustards such as Dijon mustard was more difficult to take up.
Indeed, they are much more prone to oxidation than their cousins, smooth mustards tend to change colour and take on an oxidised taste in the absence of added sulphites. Fallot's Dijon mustards contain only about 0.2% sulphite per kilogram of mustard, which is only enough to prevent natural oxidation.
Nevertheless, in order to meet the demands of the most demanding customers, they now offer you this Dijon mustard without preservatives ! It's up to you to compare, and choose your side: Dijon, with or without sulphites?
Fallot quality, always present
As for the rest of its manufacture, apart from the absence of sulphites, this mustard is made in the same traditional way by the Fallot Mustard Factory in Beaune, a mustard maker since 1840.
The seeds, carefully selected for their quality, are ground as in the past using a stone millstone (made of flint). This millstone prevents the seeds from heating up and preserves their flavour.
Known worldwide and very tasty, Dijon mustard will be the ideal seasoning for all your dishes and will be an essential ingredient in your sauces...

Developed and prepared in Provence, Maison Brémond1830's garlic cream is a subtly balanced sauce made with more than 50% fresh garlic, which has been finely chopped to obtain a creamy texture. This garlic cream is a pure concentrate from Provence which will sublimate your dishes with its garlic taste typical of the Provençal Giono region.
Ideal on white fish (sea bream, cod), or to brush on meat before cooking. You can also serve it chilled as a dipping sauce with vegetables for an aperitif.

Maison Bremond 1830's black tapenade is the result of a Provençal recipe based on Tanche variety olives, anchovies and capers. It comes to us from the Vaucluse just above the Mont Ventoux. The real one!
Tanche is the emblematic olive variety of the Pays de Nyons and the Baronnies Provençales. Used as a table olive or tapenade, it gives off aromas of cloves, cherries and prunes, but also chocolate and cocoa.

Creamy and vanilla-y chestnut cream, made from vacuum cooking at 60 ° C for better preservation of flavors. The raw chestnuts are cooked with their skin on for two hours in boiling water. They are then passed through a huller to remove the large skins. The chestnut pulp is collected and then passed to the refiner before being mixed with crystal sugar and Madagascar vanilla in a vacuum cooker for 20 minutes.

2018 Vintage Sardines
Caught at sea at the best time of the year in July-August, off the shores of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in Vendée, La Perle des Dieux's vintage sardines have become the signature of know-how and excellence passed on from generation to generation since 1887.
These sardines with an exceptional fat rate (more than 12%) are great vintages that will age extremely well, up to 10 years, as long as you turn the tins over every six month. A decade during which they will become smoother and smoother, and more and more candied. A ritual to truly appreciate all the qualities of these precious sardines.

Four to six sardines freshly caught at sea topped with a slice of lemon and sprinkled with rigourously selected extra virgin oil to reveal fruity and intense aromas. This traditional recipe awakens and intensifies the flavours of the sardines.

Fish Soup
La Perle des Dieux's fish soup is rich with fish flesh and very flavourful. It contains 35% fish, water, tomato concentrate, onions, carrots, leek, sunflower oil, salt, xanthan gum, guar (or cluster bean), garlic, pepper, paprika and red pepper.
Ready to serve! You just need to heat it up and serve it with some baguette croutons, toasts or even better with garlic croutons. A touch of rouille sauce added to it will be the cherry on the top!
Sardines with Churned Butter to Grill

La Perle des Dieux successfully managed to find the perfect balance of flavours between the tender white tuna and Kâmpôt unique sweet pepper. A Cambodian pepper that reveals smoky, sweet, slightly spicy notes and delicately spices up the white tuna.
Oil-Free Sardines Fillets with Thyme & Fresh Lemon
Enjoy these smooth and delicate oil-free sardine fillets! Sprinkled with marinade (a vinegar sauce used to flavour fish and make it taste good) made of thyme and fresh lemon, they come to be extraordinary light.
With these tinned sardine fillets, preserved without any oil, you will be able to add them to many delicious recipes, like summer salads. To make the most of them, La Perle des Dieux recommends to put the tin in the fridge one hour before serving.

They are made with premium French ingredients, with a focus on quality and proximity: the sugar bits come from Erstein, the glucose corn syrup from Alsace, with essential oils and natural aromas used for flavour.
From cooking to flavouring to moulding to wrapping, everything is done with immense care on their premises!
To meet their customers' expectations, they had been working for years to produce some candies with no sugar and they eventually ended up making some according to tradition using trehalose as a source of glucose.

Piri Piri is a spicy sauce that can be used as a marinade. Its name comes from the eponymous pepper, coming from Africa and adopted by the Portuguese, who created this sauce. It is today prepared for Maison Brémond 1830 in the heart of Provence, in the city of Morières-lès-Avignon by a reduced family team, in a semi-artisanal company.
No need to panic however : even though it's hot, this sauce is called spicy more because it spreads in mouth the flavour of pepper for a little while, than because it is extra spicy. Adults as well as kids will be happy to taste it.
Its spicy and unique taste results from a subtle mix of authentic sherry vinegar from Andalusia, olive oil, pepper, paprika, parsley, coriander, garlic and harissa pepper from Tunisia. Its quality ingredients have been selected with care and the recipe have been created exclusively for Maison Brémond 1830.
It will be lovely used as a sauce or marinade for beef, grilled meat, chicken, or fish soup. keep cool after opening.

Around 1690, bakers created a recipe to make use of the heat of a bread oven just after cooking, to cook and cook again a sweet delicacy : the "bis-cuit" of Reims was born.
In 1756, under the reign of Louis XV, an era glorifying lifestyle and good taste, a small biscuit maker started up. In 1775, his biscuits were presented during the Coronation of Louis XVI at Reims, and the Biscuit maker Fossier became supplier to the king. In 1825, he received a royal certificate with the seal of Charles X, recognising the quality of its biscuits.
The tradition of its original recipe has been maintained for more than 250 years.
The delicate mixture of fresh free range eggs, sugar, and flour, the dough scented with natural vanilla flavor and lightly tinted with a natural carmine color is baked twice. The cookie is then sprinkled with icing sugar and results in a super light and crispy delicacy.
Indeed, contrary to many other biscuits like lady fingers, Le Biscuit Rose de Reims is made of fresh free range eggs. And thanks to the albumin it contains, it holds its texture when dipped in a drink.
Praised as much by great chefs as by lovers of creative cuisine, the Pink Biscuit from Reims can be enjoyed as well alone or accompanied, as an ingredient, or as a decoration for charlottes/shortcakes and other cakes.

I've never had French pastry and was glad that we walked by and decided to give it a try. 👌 Light and fluffy, absolutely delicious. Definitely a must have. I should have purchased 2. I can't wait to drop off more orders nearby. And real French accents too, amazing. I truly felt as if I was in a bakery shop in France 🇫🇷.
