I really dig this bakeshop. The coffee is great and I love the antique-y vibe. The cheese croissants, pain au chocolat, the honey-oatmeal bread and challah are really good and I also like the little flourless chocolate cakes. I placed an order for frozen croissants, cinnamon buns and sausage rolls that I could bake at home and I was given great instructions so I highly recommend doing that. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.
Stopped in for a coffee and grabbed two of the best vanilla cupcakes I've ever had. No exaggeration. I was served by two absolutely lovely gentlemen, which just rounded out an all around great experience. Will be back and would definitely recommend
Been here a few times, solid baked goods. Have tried a few of the sweets, savoury items and loaves, all are fresh, good quality and reasonably priced for the city. Also one of the better Kouign Amanns I’ve had in Toronto (crispy, not too sweet or sticky, and very light/flaky).
