I got a chicken Alfredo pasta. Very good. Got a large because I didn't think the small would fill me but I struggled to eat it the portion is bigger han it looks. Very nice service I'd definitely go back

Ate here for lunch and spent $87 on 3 pizzas and 10 wings and definitely not worth it. The dough on all the pies was hard and overcooked, which made them tough to enjoy. The wings were extremely dry..I couldn’t even tell if they were baked or fried. They were so overdone that the bones were white and turned to crackers if I bite into them. Sadly most of them went uneaten.
Really disappointed, especially since I remember this place used to be good. Sadly, the quality has dropped a lot. I won’t be coming back.

It was my first time here at this food place and I will say that I'm not impressed with what was ordered. The pizza was too burnt around the edges ( pepperoni ) the margarita pizza was cooked ok but I was not a fan of it because it's too plain and tasteless, the pasta was a huge disappointment because the sauce was bland and the pasta had no salt, the mushrooms were half cooked and the pork piece was disgusting because it looked half cooked and hard to chew but the pasta I saw being poored into a pan from a small plastic bag that looked already cooked or microwaved or maybe it was just portioned but that means that it's not fresh pasta. The price for the food items are too expensive for what is being served. I cannot recommend this location due to how bad of an out come it became for me and my other party I was with, we were so disappointed but who knows it might turn out good for you since the ratings here are so high.

I went here with my friends and had an amazing experience. We ordered a Margherita pizza and also tried the “create your own” option, and both were delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked in the wood fire.
A special shoutout to Sam, the staff member who helped us. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and very nice, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Sooo upset. We were recommended this pizza place after coming to Toronto for 1st time in 11 years. We tried Ubereats and decided to cancel online. My order showed cancelled AND I tried to call 2x to cancel. The number was out of order.
The next day, my CC shows a charge for a pizza I never received!
Ubereats says it was not canceled in time, so pizza was started. YET my order says cancelled.
This is terrible service!
No one communicated AND order said cancelled! Yet I was charged!!

Absolutely love this place! The customer service is amazing — the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The environment is super positive and uplifting, with smiling faces all around. You can really tell the employees enjoy what they do, and that energy makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and even better vibes!

The pepperoni pizza was way too salty. The staff seemed bored and didn’t really want to answer questions. The drinks machine was out of order and they only had about five or six cans in the fridge.
Definitely not coming back!
My wife and I ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was very salty, and the table was messy. They were not good at customer service, so I am not coming back

After giving this place two chances, I'm disappointed to say DoughBox Wood Fired Pizza doesn't live up to expectations. I tried a Margherita on my first visit and a two-topping pizza on my second, hoping the first experience was just an off day.
The pizza quality was mediocre at best. Their house spicy sauce had no heat whatsoever, which is misleading for customers expecting some kick. The fried onions were overly sweet, throwing off the flavor balance of the pizza. The chicken had an unusual smell that was off-putting, though I'm not sure what caused it.
Service was adequate but nothing special - staff did their job without going above or beyond.
While the concept of wood-fired pizza in downtown Toronto is appealing, the execution falls short. The combination of bland flavors and inconsistent ingredient quality makes this a place I won't be returning to anytime soon. For the price point and location, there are better pizza options available in the area.

Local downtown eatery. Great for a quick bite. Order and pick up at the counter, don't expect nothing fancy or friendly service
