TLDR: Decent food, decent prices, nice FoH staff, and it's ready really dang quick. Careful of the outside door slamming when you let it go on entry/exit.
Full review: Stopped in for the first time with my partner on our way home from work, walked in for pickup. We placed our order of food and two beers to drink while we waited. Food came out lightning quick (before we got 1/4 of the way done our bottles).
Food Order:
Fried Tofu Fried shrimp Sweet and sour spareribs Long Bbq spare ribs Hot spicy bbq pork with Veg Plain fried rice
Biggest plus for me is they care about food allergies and accommodate for them. We had a wonderful chat with the gentleman working Foh while we finished our drinks; I unfortunately didn't catch his name. We got there around 9pm, left at 9:30. We're not exactly local (home is at Eglinton and Bayview area) but the food was still warm by the time we drove home.
Flavours were decent. The fried tofu was actually firm and crispy! I think I got maybe one piece that had retained some liquid and was the mushy gross I've gotten everywhere else. The sweet and sour spare ribs are battered and fried well and tasted great with the sauce (which came on the side) just watch for cartilage with them. Plain fried rice was softer, not overly crunchy, and evenly cooked and flavoured well.
Only complaint I had about our meal was that the hot and spicy pork with veg wasn't even close to spicy for us, but we enjoy and tolerate heat more than the average person (grow our own scorpion peppers) so we plan on asking for more heat next time. My partner said the shrimp had gotten a little soggy but still tasted great, we figure from the ride home.
Parking is street side, which can absolutely be terrible to find in the area, but such is Toronto. Restaurant itself is small and a little sparce, but it's dining area was clean. We were the only customers there at the time so it was quiet aside from our conversation. We plan on going back and eating-in sometime for sure.

I love this restaurant! It’s one of my go-to local eats. The food is always fresh and abundant with high-quality ingredients. The prices are very reasonable, and it’s nice that there’s a mix of Thai and Chinese food. The young server who’s often working in weekends is so attentive and friendly even when handling many orders at a time. If you’re looking for great value and service in the St. Clair West neighbourhood, it doesn’t get better than this.

This is the kind of Chinese restaurant we loved as kids: friendly people, lots of old favorites like wonton soup and egg rolls and fancy stuff for the grownups. And it's clean and affordable. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

Style is Chinese-Canadian, I recommend the General Tao if you'd like a snack or the Shanghai Noodles (with spice) if you're looking for a flavourful Entrée.
