Atrocious! Do not waste your time, money or any energies/efforts dining in person or ordering from here because both the food & service are completely horrendous. The waiter continued to come to the table & literally took an item out of my hand while I was not finished. Additionally, the waiter continued to come to the table to throw away minimal items which were actually on the table: Straw wrappers & terrible service. The food tasted akin to garbage as the meat tasted wasted & not fresh at all. The waiter waited at the table for the bill to be paid in the middle of the meal. The heat does not work & it was frozen in the restaurant-there is no heat! The thermostat is literally ripped right off of the wall as it is hanging from the wall/wires & the chairs are exceedingly dated with peeling paint from the chairs. This restaurant does not shovel or remove their snow: Look at the side of the restaurant-they leave all of their snow. All of their food is not fresh as it tastes exceedingly old & the ingredients are extremely cheap & of garbage quality! This place is an utter nightmare! Do not dine in & do not order from here! Stay far, far away from here!

I took my mom to dinner here because I’d wanted to try it since moving to the neighbourhood, it did not disappoint! We had such a lovely time, the food was great and the workers were kind and attentive. I had the general Tao’s chicken and I can honestly say it was one of the best I’d had, definitely recommend :)

The food was yummy, the service was great, and the price was right! I chose the vegetarian platter-for-one option and was please with the variety, taste, generous serving size, and value (under $13). The restaurant was clean, bright, and comfortable. Our server was kind, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring we had a positive experience. What more can you ask for?
When choosing this restaurant we read the reviews and placed value on the numerous 5-star reviews (like Manny, the 20 year, satisfied, repeat customer), as opposed to the one-time, anger-fuelled attack by a deeply unhappy individual whose dining expectations are obviously not well-suited to this (or a number of other) restaurants.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. We placed our order at 4PM and it is now 6:35PM and we have not received our food or any updates. It's been over 2 hours and the restaurant shut off their phone lines, so we cannot even get in touch with anyone. I understand this may be a busy time, but this is not how you handle customer service. If the order was going to take longer than expected, that could have been easily communicated. If the restaurant was so busy that they were unable to fulfill the order, they should have never accepted it in the first place. To completely ghost a customer expecting a service is unprofessional and disgraceful. I will never order from here again.

Used to be a great place for food but the prices have Sky rocketed. Not the same nice people behind the counter any more. I recommended so many people to this Chinese over the years. Everyone is saying the same. Won't be going back anytime soon until they Cop on amd Charge realistic prices.
