Was greeted with hostility and quite possibly racial based discrimination. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience. Would never recommend if you’re looking for a good time with a diverse group. Specifically to the white bouncer/ticket guy with a pink hat.

In my humble professional opinion, the white ticket guy who wore a pink fur hair, had denied entry to me and my friend solely on the bases that i asked how much the ticket cost was. The power trip ticket guy made an excuse and racially profiled my asian friend who was sober. We were denied entry due to the ticket guy’s power trip feeling. We will never step into this bar ever again. I will warn my friends and any other person asking about this place how lame this place is. This was on Friday, December 13, 2025. Im thankful I didn’t spend any money in this place.

He racially profiled me and my friends and claimed we could not get in based off his “humble professional opinion” that my Asian friend was too drunk (she was sober). He was a rude man in a pink hat. Do not come here it’s not worth the discrimination in a city as diverse as Toronto

I had to pay around $18 extra for the musicians who were just blasting deafening music and yelling the lyrics all night long and I couldn't hear what my friends or my server were saying. I could have heard better music for way cheaper at any TTC Station. It wasn't my style of music, but what I am mad at is I had to pay for the musicians, not the restaurant. My bill ended up 3x what the food actually cost on the menu. Food was fine/good, a bit pricy but the server got the orders around the table wrong a few times. Who can blame her? No one could hear each other.
The energy here is absolutely incredible. The best part is that they have amazing live bands playing every single day. If you are looking for a place with great music and a lively atmosphere, this is it.

Saw the two security guards teaming up to bully two young women, one of them even pushing the young woman with his chest, without identifying himself. We were behind them so we were also confused as to who he was. They turned away the girls and we just got turned off immediately thinking theyd treat us fhe same and left and went to the next bar.

This was one of the worst and most unsettling experiences my partner and I have ever had. We didn’t even make it through the door.
As we were about to enter, a man stepped directly into my girlfriend’s path, greeting her in an aggressive, confrontational way and sizing her up. When she politely asked him to move aside, he grabbed her arm and told her to “step back.” We were shocked. He never identified himself, never asked for ID, never asked about a reservation — nothing. Only after we questioned him did he claim to work there.
Another staff member then came over and tried to defend his behavior rather than address how inappropriate and unprofessional it was.
For a first-time visit, this felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. No guest should ever be grabbed or spoken to that way at the entrance.
I am strongly considering filing a formal complaint and exploring legal options. I will also be contacting management directly so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
We left immediately and will not be returning.

The food was good, interesting, but in little portions, 3 sausages $28-ish. And there where no other option for protein dishes. Other than that the service was good from all the staff. The music, the atmosphere, and the ambiance were remarkable.
