Idont know how to describe the chicken because its really darkand it seems they use the frying oil many times which will cause cancer

Terrible! I placed an order for pickup, I got a phone call asking how long will it be before I can pickup. I said 10 to 15 minutes and was at the restaurant in 14 minutes and came to know that they sold it to someone else and did not even get an apology instead he started arguing with me.

Service is slow but food is good although 20 min for 3 pieces drumsticks

This is my go to place for me n my friends. Their food is always delicious. The only concern I have is that I wish they had better customer service. The wait time is quite a bit even when you phone order. I think the employs are the owner's (the senior guy)family members so they know they wont be fired thats why the customer service can be poor and mistakes with the food such as it being uncooked and not fresh. I get how it can be a budget issue (they might not be in a position to hire people) but for the sake of the restaurant (because it's an awesome restaurant) they should consider either improving customer service by themselves or consider hiring.

Food is good but they never really make the order the way you want it and customer interaction is terrible. They have the worst customer service you'll find in all of Toronto.

Have been going here since 2016, took a small hiatus because I moved out of the area, but I came back once again, once indoor dining was available (you wanna eat these wings fresh), and boy was I not disappointed, it seemed like they got BETTER with some time away.The chicken wings were hot, crispy and fresh, absolutely drenched in that spicy bbq sauce(amazing and SPICY) but still held its crispiness, ordered the chicken sandwich as well, another gem of this place, it was fresh and juicy, the spicy mayo spread all over was perfect, and even the cajun spiced fries were perfect, 5/5.If you want some chicken, Drumstickz is the place to go.

Freshly fried chicken, reasonable price. Cant complain.

I asked for spice free . And I got spicy and not fully cooked. What should I say ? Moreover communication problem.?
