I like this place. The owner is nice, always greets with a warm welcome. I get this as a treat especially if I am going to the hospital or a medical appointment. Its like a right of passage lol. Nothing like a big, salty, bad for you meat sandwhich when youve gone through hell at a medical appointment lol. I think they taste great.

An iconic establishment that's gone down hill!!!
I purchased 3 sandwiches from the 29 Queen Street East location (Across the street from St. Mike's Hospital) yesterday. I ordered 2 large Roast Brisket of Beef (9 oz.) & 1 large Reuben. The RBB was terrible quality meat. I can purchase better roast beef at my local Metro or Loblaws deli. The bun that the server suggested for the RBB was dry and dense, took away what little flavor there was from the RBB. The Reuben was mediocre at best. At $16.00 per sandwich, It was definitely NOT worth it.

The worst customer service I have experienced the lady taking order with her back to me I didn’t complete my order she start to serve another customer When I complained she asked to wait till she is with customer came after me Here response if u don’t like it go somewhere else NO lady since u don’t customer service u need to work somewhere where no customer service required The business should ashamed of this disgusting customer service

The food quality was horrible and was rotten. The chicken that was put into my salad was rancid. They messed up my order. I tried to call the store to complain , they never ever answered the phone. I brought back the half eaten food because my family n I got sick to show them, But they didn't give me back my money nor did they care. Don't ever go to this store to buy food. I will Never Trust any other Druxy's deli.
