I was so disappointed. I wqs looking forward to a fresh roast beef sandwich. After I ordered the server takes sliced meat from under the counter and warmed up on a griddle. Who knows when that was sliced? Definitely not fresh. For the price I expected freshly sliced meat. Save your money and go to McDonald's. At least there you know it isnt fresh.

Had a sandwich a while back and came to let the person who works here that the meat was not fresh and she told me I wasn’t telling her the truth! I was taken back by her reply. I was here buying another sandwich giving it another chance and she was rude and basically dismissed my complaint. I will not be visiting this Druxys again unfortunately. Nice and close to where I work as I work in one of the hospitals nearby. Oh well poor service makes for less customers.

It gets 1 star because 0 isn't an option.Beyond horrible customer service. Just made my sandwich with no topping wasn't even asked if I want any and when I asked for topping they just said we'll you didn't ask for any so too bad and wouldn't out topping on because the sandwich was already wrapped. This was all conducted with some serious additude.I got a corn beef sandwich, the bread was burnt and she used a piece from the end of the leaf so one side of my sandwich almost had no bread. I wouldn't mind so much about all this if this didn't cost me $16.
