Ordered “Chicken Fingers and Fries” for $13.95 from the menu…was served Dino Nuggies and frozen French fries.
Absolutely disgusting.

Food is as ok. Bread for sandwiches was not fresh.
Customer service was horrendous. It seemed like we were annoying the staff by ordering food. Sat down to eat and be staff member told us we had to leave. One of our sandwiches was served with pickles and a side salad, the other one wasn’t. I had to ask them for it.
Generally, rude and unwelcoming

Everyone in the cafe was quite pleasant. However the food, with the exception of the store-bought chocolate cake, was subpar. People talk about American hot, Indian hot, and Thai hot, and the chili - which in the Canadian museum we thought might be American hot or not hot at all, was Thai hot. I think someone got a decimal place off when putting in the chili peppers. Nobody in our group would try more than a single partial spoonful.

$25 for a poorly slopped together sandwich, pop, and a tiny brownie.
Waited in line for over 20 minutes (only one customer infront of me who had already ordered). Took another 15 minutes to prepare my sandwich.
It was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten.
Dont waste your time or money, its a blemish on the RoM

Terrible food. Waste of money don't buy the food here.
Abominable
I ordered a poutine and it was $10 for such a tiny portion. It wasn’t even good— the gravy was bitter and the cheese wasn’t even cheese curds. I don’t recommend sorry if I sound mean

$15 for a Caesar chicken wrap and it was huge with a side salad. It was delicious plus it’s a big space and wasn’t crowded. Food was good staff were nice and it was clean. 2.2 Google rating is wrong

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a Mediterranean chicken wrap and I got food poisoning. This was the only food I ate that day so I know it was from this place. Bring a lunch or get food before you go to the museum. This place should be shut down

We encountered a rude, racist staff. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. We were about to take a seat and a cleaning staff asked us to leave because "this is a restaurant". Literally, no one in our group has even sat down yet. She made an assumption that we were there to eat our own food that we brought from home. At this point, we havent sat down yet or even opened our bags to indicate that we are gonna take out anything.. We had to explain to her that we are going to buy food. Unacceptable behaviour from the staff, where in the table near us had Caucasians who are eating their food that they brought from home. Canada is a home of immigrants. We are Canadian and are ashamed that we are treated so poorly here. We deserve to be treated the same as everyone else here.

Very disappointing experience. The food was extremely overpriced, and the quality did not match the cost. The burger I had was the worst I’ve ever eaten—dry, lacking flavor, and just not enjoyable. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Use of a personal reusable coffee mug was forbidden and there was no exception despite the waste generated by the paper cups. Customer service was non existent.
