DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a Mediterranean chicken wrap and I got food poisoning. This was the only food I ate that day so I know it was from this place. Bring a lunch or get food before you go to the museum. This place should be shut down

We encountered a rude, racist staff. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. We were about to take a seat and a cleaning staff asked us to leave because "this is a restaurant". Literally, no one in our group has even sat down yet. She made an assumption that we were there to eat our own food that we brought from home. At this point, we havent sat down yet or even opened our bags to indicate that we are gonna take out anything.. We had to explain to her that we are going to buy food. Unacceptable behaviour from the staff, where in the table near us had Caucasians who are eating their food that they brought from home. Canada is a home of immigrants. We are Canadian and are ashamed that we are treated so poorly here. We deserve to be treated the same as everyone else here.

Very disappointing experience. The food was extremely overpriced, and the quality did not match the cost. The burger I had was the worst I’ve ever eaten—dry, lacking flavor, and just not enjoyable. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Use of a personal reusable coffee mug was forbidden and there was no exception despite the waste generated by the paper cups. Customer service was non existent.
Microwave retort food quality, but price is high. Even one star is enough. If you want to waste your money come and get it. There is the Eataly nearby here go there.

Having a captive audience means they have overpriced and stale baked goods and pastries. The server’s unmasked face was inches from the muffins while asking me what I wanted. A bit unappetizing.

The absolute worst museum restaurant I have ever been in. The food is inedible and airport priced. Avoid at all costs.

The falafel wrap we had was huge—almost too big—with an overwhelming amount of toppings. While it was tasty overall, it would have been nice if we were asked about the quantity of each ingredient so we could customize it a bit. The service was also a bit slow, which was tricky since we were in a rush to get back to the galleries. Overall, though, it was a nice wrap.

Utter garbage. The bun in my sandwich was stale. They reheated it in the microwave to make it soft but then it hardened up very quickly. Cinnamon bun was rock hard. Overpriced pastries that are very low quality. $4.25 for a grocery store doughnut. The "brisket" was really cold cut roast beef, and very very salty.

How bad can a cafè be? Is nobody from the museum authorities checking the bad reviewes here on google? I had the worst cafè by far in this location. After having an oat cappuccino I had stomach issues for the rest of the day. They are not cleaning the steamer after serving milk coffee. This can be done better guys. I want my money back.

The lady serving the coffee was very rude. She raised her voice at me for asking something. Funny how they have such guts to be blatantly harsh. I’m not surprised that they have a rating of 2 here .
