It was a bit dead for a Saturday night and could've done with some love music or a better atmosphere, but the service was great and the drinks were good.
I think I'll have to try out this place again in the hope for a better rating. Definitely give it a go if you're on the lookout for a new spot, but there are some more lively bars nearby.

The Manager and staff are not personable or friendly, they do not function well under pressure, they rush your order, they lack in customer service, under staffed on a busy night. Its was my first and last visit. Very disappointing experience. They could have made improvement while we were there, but speaking to the manager was like speaking to a rock, no room for improvement from her reaction/response.

The drinks are fairly priced and the service was solid. But sorry the 9 dollar fries were I would say the most disgusting fries I’ve ever had in my life. Worse than any even any fast food place or bar I’ve ever went to. It’s hard to describe but they’re just stale, tasteless and gross. It’s like they just took the cheapest fries they could get through it in a microwave and then threw it on a plate. They were so bad they’re the only thing I’m remembering this place by lol. Anyways if you just want booze and service check this place out it’s all good lol

Duffys is our go to neighbourhood joint, becoming regulars at this point. There’s a charm about the place that honestly goes unmatched compared to the usual “hipster millennial pub/bar”.. You can’t beat a $5 pint (seriously you can’t get better).. They also have arguably one of the nicer patios around. They’ve upped the game recently on the food and it’s honestly gotten so much better, PLUS they have great daily specials - half priced wings, fish & chips, etc.
Don’t expect too much from Duffys, it’s very much a local pub. However, the vibes are great, the music is great, the staff are friendly, and again, $5 beer?!

Tried to go in after midnight with a black friend got told they’re not letting anyone else in then as we are standing out front they let multiple groups white people in right after us
