Watching the Jays game and enjoying drinks, nibbles and fantastic service! Chris, the manager, was super accommodating to our walk-in (lucky us, grabbing a cancellation during world series madness!).. Food is great and so are the Margaritas!! Service has been outstanding!

We watched the Blue Jays win the ALCS that night. Despite seeming quite understaffed, the service was ok. The traditional fish and chips were good. But a bit pricey at $29. The broadcast was kind of drowned out by some loud patrons beside us. The Jays winning is what made it special!

My sister & I enjoyed a tasty 2 for 1 steak dinner on the weekend. Our waitress Amina was very attentive & personable...she saw a BD was being celebrated & brought us a complimentary piece of delish cheesecake.

The worst place I have ever been. The server interrupted every single conversation we had. We used to really like this place, but today was simply awful. Our waiter kept interrupting us after almost every word.
When the bill finally came, my boyfriend left a 5% tip since we are regular customers and were barely served. The waiter then made a huge scene in front of the entire restaurant, demanding a higher tip. When we explained that we are students, she insisted even more aggressively.
After leaving, we called the restaurant, but they gave us the usual excuse that âmanagement wasnât thereâ and then hung up. I will never go there againâthis was absolutely ridiculous.

If you're looking for a pub, you'll get what you want. If you're looking for a nice spot for a date, maybe not. Hockey crowd gets loud and let's say verbal. Stick with pub fare for best meals.
We just ran our inaugural event of Askin4MyFriend Feb 22 and it was a resounding success, no small part due to the venue.
On a very cold snowy Saturday night in Feb, we had a fantastic turnout and sooo much fun. The amazing Neil was there that night to take very very very good care of us. It is so reasonably priced, perfect location, and just really down to earth people who want to make sure that we have fun.
TBH I partially don't want to write this review because I'm kind of afraid that if more people know this gem of a place, it will be harder for us to book them for our next events. And many next events there will be because they helped us make it so successful. Thank you Tony, Bianca and Neil! See you next time! (Going to write you and email right now to book our next event!)

This is the first time in my life that I am leaving a comment about a restaurant. I had a meal here with my girlfriend. The food was good, but the experience was ruined by the serverâs behavior. After I paid the bill and left a Tip, she came back and, in front of everyone, questioned why I didnât leave more ! She spoke loudly enough for others to hear, making me feel small and ashamed, as if I had done something wrong.
I have never felt so humiliated in a restaurant before. Tipping is a personal choice, not something to be forced or judged for. No customer should be put in that position. The embarrassment I felt in that moment is something I will never forget. I wonât be coming back.
