Good place to hang out with friends of co-workers for a drink. We ordered fries and shared with everyone. They were fine. They have some plexiglass for separation in some areas. The washrooms are down the stairs so it wouldn't be easy to access if your have mobility issues. Though, the entrance is also down some steps so unlikely you'd be able to enter if that was the case. Overall, a good experience.
The Duke of Westminster has become my local pub. The staff and bartenders provide great service and the manager (Matt Simons) makes everyone feel welcome. A great place to stop in for a pint and a bite to eat.
Great staff and great service!! Love the food, definitely try the club. Sweet potato fries are to die for! Ill be back for sure
Staff are great. I love their version of kettle chipsYour General a manager is absolutely awesome! He is fun, engaging, very warm to talk to. I have brought friends here now because of that. Thanks!!
Our first time here and we tried their holiday menu ($38.99 per person) for a 3 course dinner. Everything was delicious, they didn’t have a couple of appetizers options, but they let us know and made arrangements to accommodate our meals. The portions were big and we left the restaurant satisfied. Highly recommend it!
Doing their best in these troubled times and succeeding magnificently. Good food, great service and all protocols observed.
This place is our JAM, we come down here literally anytime for a drink or a bite. The staff is probably the coolest people around and they are super good in their work.In particular I would thank Gray, he is a smiling face that you wanna see when being around with someone.Keep up the good work folks….
Candice was fantastic to chat with. Made you feel at home. Happy to be back after so long.
Great food, friendly service. We ordered the burger and the appetizer sampler with a 20 oz brickworks cider
Went with a desire for their amazing fish and chips. Today, however, they were not as remembered. The fries were simply not the same. The fish, although the portion was good the fish itself was somehow mushy as was the underside of the batter. Flavour was good. Texture just not so much. The server, Brittany, was delightful and tried to do whatever she could to make it right. It wasn't bad or even bad enough to send back - but she kept trying to make it right. She suggested another small piece of fish. I agreed. Well, the kitchen took very, very long and it came very well done. After a couple of very crunchy bites I left it. She realized it was excessive and offered to get coffee or dessert.

Cosy pub at a very convenient location in financial district of Toronto downtown. We ordered couple of wheat beers which were great and the service was also really good. Perfect place for couple of quick drinks after work.
This is a good place for an after work hang. They have your standard selection of beers on tap and fairly good deals on food and drink. However the place isn't very big so it can get crowded easily. If you're unlucky enough to sit near one of the entrances then you'll freeze in the winter. Still, of all the places in the path, this is my go to.
I had lunch with my wife. It was a very cold day and we could get to the Duke without going outside. The food was adequate but not outstanding. Same with the service - adequate, but not outstanding. The area we were seated in was by the bar and was small and crowded. My wife had the fish and chips and said it was fine. I had the Posh Clubhouse, and it was OK. Just. The filling was in the centre of the sandwich and not evenly spread, so there were areas of bread around the edge with no filling. The sandwich was supposed to have Stilton, and the first half didn't seem to have any. The second half did, but just in one small spot. The french fries were no better than warm when the food arrived. That's likely because as the food is prepared it's placed on a table by the kitchen and is then picked up and carried upstairs to where we sat. Between the delay for a waiter to get it and the walk...well, nothing would be hot on arrival. Still, I have eaten at many worse places.
Our second day in Canada. After strolling through Toronto we were tired and in need of a drink. The foodcourt was very busy and we really wanted to sit outside. So we sat down and had a drink. Great place, also to watch all the people coming by. Good service.
The layout of the pub is nice and quiet enough you can have conversation. Service was good and friendly. The menu had a reasonable selection on it. We found the food to be quite greasy and lacking in flavour. This is a pretty average pub.
