My fave sushi place great prices my fave is spicy salmon roll so yummy. They are so kind family run business. Great prices you can't find anywhere. Great discount if paying cash $ šš»š only issue is they keep changing hours. Came for lunch but was clos3d at 2pm when said opened at 2 now open at 3 so just make sure before so not disappointed.

been to this restaurant a total of 3 times. First time in person, the quality of the food was okay, but for the price couldnt rly complain, and then the second 2 times i did takeout. The second time the quality immediately declined. all the pieces of sushi were poorly cut and found a couple of hairs in it. But the third time was the real issue. Got a bunch of sashimi and other rolls. and for the past 2 days ive insane stomach sickness(im guessing from the sashimi). I would not recommend doing takeout

Compared to all sushi restaurants I have tried (and that spans hundreds across multiple countries), I can confidently say that this restaurant serves AYCE quality with a-la-carte pricing. Ordered party tray DS11 and it was really poor quality. I have ordered sushi for decades in Toronto and this was by far the worst. The sushi rice has too much vinegar, it was so sour and leaves a sour taste in your mouth after. The rolls are so tiny, itās like sushi for a baby. How can they even make it that small? Besides the salmon, all of the fish in the tray is very cheap quality. When a sushi restaurant uses cheap fish like their bright pink coloured, saline-injected ātunaā, butter fish (escolar), ebi, etc. and use inari as a fillerā¦ you know itās sushi for Western taste or for people who donāt really know sushi. The quality of fish is no where near the photos the restaurant published on their Google page (they use pictures of toro, hamachi, etc). The spicy maki all had too much tempura bits, not enough fresh fish. Worse than AYCE sushi quality. You might be able to fool unsuspecting customers but you canāt trick me. So mad that I wasted my time and money.

Horrible takeout experience. Saw the reviews and decided to try it out. Ordered via phone and they said it would take an hour. I arrived an hour and 15 mins later. They said it was busy and they hadnāt even started my order!! I canāt comment on the food because I wasnāt going to wait another hour.
I understand sometimes takeout can take longer. I would have been prepared to wait a little longer if they were finishing up my order but to not have even started and to have to wait another hour is just ridiculous and no excuse for any business.
I would give this place a zero for service if I could.

I had a fantastic dinner here! As someone with a fish and sesame allergy, I never thought Iād be able to enjoy sushi. They had many āVeganā options and once I informed them of my allergies, they were extremely informative as to which menu items would be safest for me to eat. I had a variety of sushi rolls, tempura, miso soup, and agedashi. They also accommodated by changing up the dressing of the salad. š„ I cannot stress enough, how understanding, and careful they were! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The tempura was so soft and light with the perfect crunch and the rolls were super fresh! I canāt wait to go back! Thank you very much for such an enjoyable meal.

Stopped in yesterday to grab a bite and really enjoyed it. The food was great, the lady serving was very kind and sweet. Feel a little bad dropping the atmosphere rating since it's more about being cramped, since that is typical for small Toronto restaurants. Highly recommend.
