Cute Vietnamese place with yummy food. Split a bunch of different dishes and all were yummy. Loved the pho beef sliders, came with a small side of pho soup. The lettuce wrapped beef skewers and chicken tacos were also delicious. The cassava cake was a nice finish, not super sweet but a nice coconut taste

Food is pretty good, beef pho and beef fresh roll was good but slider isn’t that great. Food took forever to come. Not a place to eat for a quick bite.

Loved the vibe, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Food was fresh and very flavourful, without heavy sauces. Would definitely recommend

I have came for a friend’s DJ set. I ended up trying a chicken taco and friend tofu. The fried tofu was very good. A little bit on the saltier end, a little stinky probably from the aroma of the fish sauce. I personally liked it a lot, reminds me a little of the stinky tofu back in China. The chicken taco was loaded and was only $5 because of happy hour. The chicken was flavourful and not dry at all. A stunning experience for the price I paid which was $13 before tax and tips. I would really recommend their happy hour.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely not…

Right across from The Art Gallery of Ontario (The AGO), DZO is the perfect place to recharge and eat after immersing yourself in art.

The decor really takes you back to possibly Hoi An or Old Quarter of Hanoi. The food was delicious. Fried chicken was juicy and crispy skin. The mango salad was a generous portion and very delicious.

Service was great as well.

Right after walking in, I loved the atmosphere and cozy vibes of the restaurant. I got the dry spiced chicken pho and it was so yummy!!! The chicken and noodles were flavoured so well, and the texture of the noodles were cooked to perfection. I would definitely come again and try other options on the menu! :)

Walked in on a Friday evening and sat at the bar. Service was busy and didn't get cutlery when they served my food.

Drink was nice. The dry pho I got was quite oily and the carpaccio had a misleading name as the beef was cooked.

I recently visited this place for the first time with my friend. Generally, had a really good experience!

We came during the happy hours and there were some pretty good deals, although still ended up paying around $30-40 per person for a few appetisers and 2 glasses of beer each. The food was great though!

The atmosphere of the place was really nice and quiet, which might be only because there were not too many people at the time.

Extremely slow service and even when there was staff in our vicinity we had to try multiple times to get their attention. The restaurant is nicely decorated with pretty paper lanterns. They have a good happy hour menu with affordable drinks and nice shareable apps. Overall, the food was priced decently but execution was inconsistent.

Their taro spring rolls are good. The sriracha mayo, which came with the happy hour fries, was much thinner than one would usually expect. Portions for mains were solid but nothing stood out in terms of flavour. I got the beef dry pho which was good aside from when I had to pick out the very burnt end of one of the pieces of beef out of my noodles.

The pho wasn’t great, but the banh mi was nice. We had a limited lunch menu, so maybe the other items were better

last week, i enjoyed my 20th birthday dinner at dzo <3 it's a small but beautifully-decorated spot across from the ago, primarily viet food with some other asian fusion flavours. i ordered the claypot special, and it was tasty, fatty, and a HUGE portion. the portions here are so big, in fact, that i would recommend sharing; 2 dishes and an appetizer would more than enough for 3 people. that aside, the claypot was bursting with flavour. the pork belly was tender and warm, with a hint of spice. i would have appreciated it if it was served a bit hotter, but that fact did not override it's quality. the highlight of the night was the cassava cake (complementary due to it being my bday !!) - absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS. it might be the best cassava cake i have ever had.
