Brenton is such a warm, friendly and kind person who made our experience as first time Toronto visitors (from a small Army town) so memorable. We will come back to Earls just to be served by Brenton.

I had the BEST time. I worked from 3-5 here and started for a couple hours after because the service was impeccable. Ben was amazing and was so attentive. He was hilarious and honestly was some Of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. Can’t wait to come back!

I was disappointed, Earls has a pretty good reputation. However, this location should be avoided at all cost. Zero effort to accommodate their guests, we were there on June 30th, 2025 between 9:30 - 10:00 p.m. Someone from headquarters needs to pay this location a visit as a paying customer!

I had an unfortunately bad experience at earls. My friend was visiting from Montreal so i decided to take her to a “nice” place. We went to earls at 10:50 and got on the wait list, they mentioned a 20-30 minute wait. After 40 minutes i approached them since all the people who arrived after us moved tables and we remained at the bar. They said they are not sure yet, we decided to order our meal and then move. We finished our food(which was not good btw, no salt and pepper and the pasta was hard) and all the people next to us continued to get tables and we didn’t. It seemed as if since we already ordered the food they didn’t wanna “waste” a table that would have paid already. 45$ for nothing, environment and food, not worth it all. I’m never going back Wouldn’t recommend

Came here twice last month. The food is really good (I had the steak and sushi and the Santa Fe salad with Cajun chicken). The salad is really good and the chicken is juicy, the wagyu sushi is also delicious. The steak is pretty good but the sauce it comes in is a bit too sour for me. The service is always good, but one time I came they forgot to change the cups from the previous customers so they should probably watch out for that.

Oops i forgot to add my review and had to come write it. I just graduated, New Nurse incoming baby and what an amazing experience it was. The ambiance was such a vibe, the servers were nice, its like everyone there was genuinely happy to be there including the guests. We kinda took over taking pictures and all in there haha. The food was great, i got the steak medium well, delicious. Drinks were awesome, servers very attentive. Shout out to Alison K for an amazing experience and making my day even more special. I will definitely return, count on it!

Paige made the whole family feel so welcomed. Her service was exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to explain the menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everyone's needs were met. Her friendly and attentive nature made the experience feel personal and special. We never felt rushed, and she genuinely seemed to enjoy helping us have a great time. It's rare to encounter such outstanding service, and Paige truly made our visit memorable. We can't wait to return!

Upon entering this restaurant last Tuesday, we had a very warm, friendly greeting by Gavin, making us feel welcome right off the bat. He took us to our seats and the atmosphere was unmatched. I loved the open-concept patio allowing us to take in the city while we ate. The signature burger and truffle fries were delicious.
