Horrible experience here on sunday afternoon. Server not once checked up on us with how the food was, ordered extra chicken with my meal and never got the extra chicken, server didnt even know there was no extra chicken on my meal and then manager and server acted like they were doing me a favour removing it from the bill. No avocado was added on to the carne taco, my wife sat there for 10 mins waiting for our server so we can get avocado but I had to get up and grab random staff members to get our server. i think this whole restaurant needs retraining from kitchen to front staff. Then at the end when the server asked how the experience was after being honest about everything how she was not anywhere to be found, didnt check up on us her response was “but i rang the extra chicken in” nothing about sorry i didnt check up on you or anything

Decent seasoning, not much of special for the price range. There is better taste for less money around Toronto. Washroom was very dirty. Plain drinks Excellent service For mature parties , I belive is better to book before 9:00 pm. Otherwise expect more noise.

I had a horrible experience at Earl's this evening. It took over 30 minutes to get seated and we had to rush through our entire meal. Multiple people at the hostess stand told us they were going to “take care of us” and one of them mentioned covering the cost of appetizers but we had to pay the whole bill. The apologies from the staff were meaningless and no action was taken to ensure we had a good experience.

Everything was good except the happy hour offer. It isn't clear the dining room doesn't take happy hour, it also makes no sense why you would exclude dining room from this. The manager and server were amazing to help rectify but corporate needs to rethink this strategy as it is very deceiving for customers and causes issue for the service staff there.

Very noisy for a Wednesday... including multiple tables with speakerphones going with no cognizance that they were in public.

Great service. Food was very good. It was loud because it was a Thursday after work and very much expected in the financial district! Our server was fantastic!

The music was so incredibly loud that we left. At a table for two and we couldn't hear each other.

We were there at the dinner hour -do you really need a disc jockey in the dining area playing music way too loud. Had to shout the whole time. Ruined the dinner unfortunately even though our service and food were good. Doubt we will go back.

The food was fabulous and the service was wonderful. I will highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and I will definitely be going back

The food had almost no flavor, poorly cooked, and looked unappetizing when it arrived. The presentation made it look like it was thrown together in a rush. After eating, I had a stomach ache, which really makes me wonder about the cleanliness and food handling. Not worth the price.
