Great place for a drink or meal with friends or colleagues in the financial core. Happy hour has a great selection of food and drinks. On the noisier end, so it can be hard to hear, but the restaurant is full of energy. It’s quite busy when there are games so make sure to book a table in advance.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly

I came in and stood in front of the hostess’ stand and didn’t get acknowledged for 5 minutes. Other guests started coming in and they were even greeted first and I had to insert myself physically in between to get acknowledged since I came in before them. I came in for my reservation time and I was told that my table was not ready and had to wait beside the door. It took 5 more minutes to get the table ready.When I sat down, the drinks menu wasn’t on the table and both glasses that were already pre-set on the table were visibly dirty (looked like they had some kind of citrus pulp at the bottom of both).It was pretty busy and loud when we got in (on a Tuesday evening).Had their special parmesan breaded chicken breast on some risotto. It was a surprising amount of food. It had a good amount of arugula on top. The two portions of chicken breast were hefty. They were cooked fine. The risotto at first was also fine - texture-wise. Over the course of the dish, the rice got drier and was not as palatable.Also had their sticky toffee chocolate pudding for dessert. This was pretty standard. The cake was soaked in the caramel and was quite a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. The vanilla ice cream tasted fairly plain/ straightforward.

First time at Earl's. The atmosphere here is good and the front hosts are very friendly. Sadly, our waitress was not friendly at all - no hello, didn't even say her name, just felt super cold - she completely ruined our dining experience. The fries were too salty and cold on arrival but at least the steak was cooked medium rare and our bottle of wine was decent too. Still, the poor service made us want to leave as soon as possible from this location and no desire to ever return.

Went for lunch today with a group of 6 people. Food was good prices are fair and service was excellent. Emily was very attentive and friendly. We had a couple apps, prawn sushi and Avocado dip. 4 of us got the featured chicken with mushroom risotto, very tasty! One person got the Cajun chicken and another had some sort of bowl. Everyone was satisfied! I will be back for sure. They also have some amazing happy hour special and during games as well. Might be a good spot to watch the leafs games.Vegetarian options: Whole section on the menu for vegan optionsDietary restrictions: Catered to a nut allergy

The food was delicious, and the ambiance created by the stunning decoration really enhanced the dining experience.However, I was disappointed with the seating arrangement. As I dined alone, I was given a table in a high-traffic area, with waitresses constantly passing by and a less-than-desirable view. Additionally, being told I only had one hour to dine felt rushed and detracted from my enjoyment.I hope the restaurant considers offering more comfortable seating options and allowing patrons to fully savor their dining experience without feeling pressured by time constraints.

Had an excellent time and it is all thanks to our server Brenton. He was so attentive and friendly. Despite it being busy in the restaurant he was always at our table to make sure the water was filled, drinks ordered and to check on the food. Excellent service, will 100% come back just for Brenton's service. Such great vibes :)

Came here solo after getting in late for a meeting the next day. Love the happy hour menu! This place is always energetic and I had to do a bit of prep work. Server was very helpful and patient.
Lovely place for a large table if you need a business dinner or even a casual hangout. The menu seems stressful with too many options and cuisines, but the tofu tacos were delicious and very unique. Table also loved the eggs Benedict and potatoes

Our visit to this earls location left much to be desired. Initially greeted by a friendly waiter, things took a turn for the worse when a new waiter took over. It seemed like they wanted to rush us out, constantly asking how we were doing.To top it off, we were overcharged. We expected to pay around $70-75, but were surprised to find a $100 charge on my credit card. The waiter also didn't give / offer us a receipt.Our reservation for 4:45pm was cut short when we were asked to leave at 5:40pm to make room for the next reservation at 6pm. It felt rushed and inconvenient.Throughout our short stay, we were repeatedly asked how we were doing, making us feel like they wanted us to leave quickly. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Average food quality, steak was well done although I asked for medium. I was so hungry so I couldn't wait for them to change it.Super slow customer service. We had to wait 10 minutes to get condiments.Great atmosphere though. I enjoyed watching the game!
