cupcake here are delicious
This is our first time getting a cake from Cupcake Paradise. Our son has allergies and so we ordered a vegan cake. I couldn't believe it was vegan! It was SO good! This will 100% be our new place for vegan cakes for our family. I in fact want to get their cupcakes as well next time.
Job well done! The cake looked amazing!
I ordered through Uber and asked for a gift box I paid 0.25 cent extra,I agree it's a mere amount but still when I asked what's a gift box then they have drawn few stars around and said that the gift box ,stars with marker around for 0.25 cents ,seriously!!!! I could have paid how much ever they want because I'm gifting it to someone but this was totally unexpected just stars makes it a gift box total nonsense
Reply to the response:Please remove the option that shows gift box 0.25 cents then,As I mentioned I could have paid 10 dollars or even 20 because it was for gifting someone ,if it shows gift box then it should be something different not just adding stars to the box.
The vegan cupcakes were delicious! I purchased a half dozen in various flavours for a team event at work and even non-vegan members of the team complimented how rich and moist the cupcakes were. I did same-day pickup and the order was ready very quickly.
Got a gluten free cupcake from here today and thought it was delicious. Not too sweet, moist texture, delicious coffee flavoured icing. Will definitely be back!
Since my daughter turned vegan we tried several vegan cake options. This is the first and only place I want to come back too. Has the right balance between sweet and creamy

I ordered 6 vegan cupcakes and tasted the strawberry vanilla. It was dense and moist and the ‘buttercream’ was light and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The presentation was fantastic as well! Would definitely recommend
Cupcake Paradise is a new vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free bakery offering a wide range of flavours. I tried the red velvet - it was moist and flavourful, though I missed the classic cream cheese frosting (understandably absent in a vegan shop). At $5.50 each, they’re a bit pricey, but buying six or more tax-free makes it more worthwhile.
The BEST gluten free cupcakes in Toronto! Freshly baked, moist, delicious airy frosting and great selection. Wonderful staff and easy ordering online. A true blessing for the Celiac crowd.

Hi. I went with my son and nephew to this place. And they said they didn’t even get what they wanted. They asked for popping pearls and got jelly. And they asked for Ferrero rocher chunks. And got straight Ferrero rocher chocolates would not recommend

***UPDATE: The owner is texting and calling us saying she still doesn’t understand what the problem is. She still will not acknowledge the poor customer service, the poor quality cake that fell apart and the fact that we were forced to take a premade cake off the shelf that we still had to pay for. She is only upset that we are telling others the truth on Google reviews.***
I’m extremely disappointed and appalled by the service and quality at Cupcake Paradise. We ordered a vegan cake, and as soon as we got to the car, we noticed the color was completely wrong, and the cake had started falling apart. We immediately returned to the shop to show the owner, but she was unapologetic, dismissive, annoyed and completely unprofessional. Instead of offering any form of apology or solution, she said, “Well, what do you want me to do?”
Her attitude was unacceptable – zero accountability, zero customer service, and absolutely no effort to make things right. She blamed the poor quality on the fact that it was a vegan cake, which is ridiculous if you’re advertising and selling them. If you can’t deliver, don’t offer it.
The cake was unpresentable, and despite that, I was denied a refund and forced to take a premade cake off the shelf. For a $185 cake, this level of service is beyond disappointing – it’s unacceptable and appalling. I will never return, and I highly recommend others avoid this place.

Imagine paying $185 for this disaster. This is the condition the cake was in at the time of pick-up. If you’re looking for terrible customer service, this is the place for you! There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and plenty of attitude—as if it was our fault. We provided reference photos, including the requested olive-green color, but the final product looked completely off and they blamed the discrepancy on the vegan ingredients. Maybe instead of making up excuses, try communicating with your customers beforehand and letting them know that you might not be able to meet their expectations versus delivering a subpar product and charging an outrageous price. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth, we were told we’d receive a partial refund. Since our friend’s birthday was that same night, we had no choice but to settle for a premade vegan cake from this establishment, priced at $60, and get refunded the difference.
Had there been transparency from the beginning and a genuine attempt to find a solution, the outcome could have been different. Instead, this experience left a bad taste in our mouths—and not just from the lack of flavour in their cakes.
I fully expect them to comment on this review with more excuses instead of taking accountability.

I’m extremely disappointed with my custom cake order. The design was nowhere near what I requested — the colour was completely off, and the cake arrived in ruins. Despite all this, the owner still demanded I pay the full $185. When I tried to address the issue, she blamed it on the cake being vegan, but her entire business specializes in vegan cakes. The customer service was also terrible; she was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Save yourself the time and money.
