Stumbled across this bakery after eating lunch as we were keen for dessert. We were met with lovely service! We were looking for slices of cake but found out they only did whole cakes and cupcakes so we decided to try them out.We got a Red Velvet and a Boston Cream cupcake - the cake itself was nice and fluffy but the icing-to-cake ratio didn’t work for us as there was too much icing. The icing also tasted very buttery. We also got bubble tea which was delicious and a surprising addition!Despite not liking the cupcakes, we were super happy with the customer service and bubble tea! The woman working while we were there was very friendly and happy to offer her recommendations!

I purchased 60 cupcakes for my sister’s baby shower. I ordered anmixture between regular and gluten-free/vegan. They were incredible! The cupcakes were very tasty and moist (even after sitting in the fridge overnight). And the icing was amazing quality. Very creamy and not overly sweet (unlike other more standard icing sugar varieties). All the guests loved them and asked where I purchased them. They will be my go-to for future events.

This place is a must!! I ordered cupcakes for my wife’s 40th birthday they were dairy/egg free. Omg!! So so good!!! Honestly the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this bakery to the average person as well as to anyone with food allergies or sensitives. Stumbled on this cute cupcake shop and got a vegan strawberry cupcake, red velvet and an Oreo cupcake.The strawberry cupcake was light, airy and tasty, while the red velvet cupcake frosting didn’t taste like cream cheese at all ? The Oreo cupcake was okay. At $5 a cupcake it is a bit steep along with the size.The service was amazingly friendly though. Great selecting of vegan and gluten free options!

Fantastic! I bought my very picky parents a gluten free anniversary cake, and it was a hit! This is shocking because their standards are extremely high, and they rarely like anything I send them, and we have not had luck with gluten free baked goods in the city.The cake was absolutely beautiful and they said it was so fresh, light, and not too sweet. Service was excellent- I forgot to put the unit number and they called to ask me for it and ensured a smooth delivery process that was ahead of schedule, but worked out perfectly.Nothing but good things to say about this place, and will likely use them again because it's not often my parents are pleased with something! Thank you so much Cupcake Paradise!

I have gotten desserts from here on 3 different occasions. Only the first time when I was served by the owner was worth it. 2nd visit I was over charged (it was corrected only after I called back 3 different times over the span of 2 weeks) but I asked to be emailed the receipt and never happened. This final time my partner ordered cookies for delivery and they arrived as an absolute mess all the cookies stuck to eachother and shaken up in the box. Dont pay for their delivery. The cookies aren't good. The cupcakes are very sweet but I enjoy them.

we ordered 30 vanilla cupcakes, 12 with blue coloured filling inside for my gender reveal & they were amazing!! the inside was soooooo moist & the frosting topping was delicious. even the blue color inside was so vibrant. it was a success for my gender reveal. super happy with how they looked & tasted. 10/10 will definitely be ordering from here again! thank you!
