Excellent company, I live alone and have no time for cooking. They’re affordable and very tasty. Even more sustainable then other companies. Also I don’t get sick of the food, always great!
I have been ordering on and off for years but I have been getting back into shape and eating 2 meals a day from here and they are so good. Fresh and tasty. I’m definitely here to stay now

East Mealz is a great healthy alternative to eating out. As well if you don’t have time to cook all those healthy meals consider ordering these wonderful tasty meals. There are many options for everyone’s preferences. Always delivered fast and fresh. The portions are great. My husband who loves great portions is always satisfied!
