I amexpkained and he said to speak to management which is who I asked for in the first place. Manager wasn't there. The service is terrible and spent money AGAIN for nothing
UPDATE Store owner called to rectify the situation. He was kind and is delivering a new meal tomorrow morning. We very much appreciate his efforts and follow up. Thank you Sir.
Ordered via uber omlette and fries. Order arrived with no fries. Advised uber but then called the store and Asian lady answered and hung up on me when I tried to explain??? Really?? Very rude

I ordered smashed burgers through Uber eats and the patties I got were nothing close to being smashed. Very disappointing! If I am not at the restaurant, does not mean that I should get this!

Beautiful breakfast ... I would personally recommend the French eggs bennie ... food was freshly prepared, plentiful and well presented. The waitress was wonderful ... friendly, welcoming and took time to have a little chat. We will definitely be making a trip back to EggSmart next time we're in the Eglinton area 100% recommended 😍😍

Had breakfast at Eggsmart today—nice atmosphere, good service, and a classic American breakfast that tasted pretty decent. The prices were reasonable too! Excellent hospitality and food quality as well as quantity
I hate to do this because I have been coming to this location for over 5 years now, but after today I won't be back. My wife and I ordered the trifecta and the pancakes were really sour. We complained about the sour pancakes and the waitress told us, that another customer complained about the same issue. No apology offered, no discount offered and no alternative offered. It was just a more of a we dont care attitude vibe I was getting.
