We had breakfast here in Toronto and it was such a great experience! I came with my kids and we all really enjoyed the food. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and the service was warm and friendly. It was a perfect start to our day, and the kids especially loved their meals. Definitely a spot we’d come back to whenever we’re in Toronto

I visited this Eggsmart for the first time and it was a very disappointing experience. The coffee cup they served me was dirty, with stains clearly left by someone else on the rim – it was so obvious. When I pointed it out politely, the staff gave me a dismissive response like, “things happen.”
The potatoes were oily and it was clear they were not cooked in fresh oil. The taste overall was not good, and the atmosphere did not feel welcoming at all.
I like to try different restaurants, but for me, cleanliness, service, and respect are more important than anything else. Unfortunately, this place had none of those. Be very careful if you come here even make sure your coffee cup is clean. Definitely not a place I would return to.

The food is OK - typical diner-style breakfast. The French toast was good. I didn't like the combination of avocado toast with pico de gallo and feta too much. The manager was nice and attentive, which helps the place run pretty efficiently on a busy Friday morning.

Awful. RUDE SERVICE.I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this Eggsmart location was awful. We waited far too long to be acknowledged, let alone served. Staff seemed disorganized and uninterested, and when the food finally came out, it was cold and poorly presented. A breakfast spot should feel welcoming and efficient, but this was the exact opposite. Definitely not worth the time or money& there are plenty of better brunch options nearby.

Trash. Spent $67 on breakfast to be delivered to me. My “eggs” Benedict arrived with NO eggs and no hollandaise? Literally just bacon on top of a dry English muffin. Also didn’t bother giving us any utensils either. Uber eats support did nothing for me either. Will never ever order from here again. Thanks for nothing.

Really weird closes at 2.20pm when it’s clearly meant to be closed at 3pm and staff cursing at customers for asking a normal question should be shut down

Wife and i ate here on August 10, 2025 brunch. Place was crowded but we immediately got seated near the bathroom door. Tables were not completely clean. Our server was attentive, friendly and competent. Food was delicious, bottomless coffee was good. If I'm ever again in Toronto, i will stop by again.

Ripoff.
Just ok food. Unclean tables. And they have a policy where you need to ask for the fruit that says is included on the menu.
Check your order, we were missing half our food plate when it arrived.

A classic diner experience in a busy city
The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food came fairly quick and it hit the spot. My waffle was not super flavourful but it was still good.
