After waiting over 20 minutes to place an order, we finally managed to get the attention of a server, who acknowledged us and indicated they’d be over shortly. However, they then proceeded to serve a table that had just arrived, completely overlooking our table once again.
We didn’t bother to wait any longer and left.
And yes, it’s Carlton location.

Overcharged with tips (28% of pre-tax bill!)
Food was decent but nothing special. Noisy environment and service a bit slow. A couple of items were more expensive than the menu price. The server left a payment device with no option to adjust the tip amount. Their service charge included HST; we had waited long enough just to pay the bill, we didn't bother asking to change it. Won't be going back.

We stayed at the hotel across the street and didn't book breakfast there because we found eggspectation on the internet and wanted to test it. An absolute recommendation, especially for Europeans. Get the full American breakfast experience here. The portion size is huge. Would therefore recommend it to everyone!!
